Krazy Karl’s Pizza and Sports Bar!

I waited three hours for 2 pizzas to be delivered. They called me after 2 hours and said it was on its way. Horrible customer service. When I called they hung up on me.

The pizza here is good. Staff is friendly and my orders have always been correct. It's not crazy busy most of the time so I think that helps.

Should have looked at the reviews. Over 2 hrs to get our food, then when it came everything was cold. Reached out to them, and they literally told me that’s their standards and there’s nothing they can do. Pretty low standards! Now I see multiple other reviews that are exactly the same. Lesson learned, will never order again. Customer service is so awful these days. Nobody can even right their wrongs anymore. Super disappointing. Things happen, but make it right in the end, good lord.

The food is delicious and they really do have good pizza but the service at this location just keeps going downhill. It’s hard to get their attention. I shouldn’t have to get up from my table to find you to get a refill or really to get anything! Likely won’t be back to this location.

First time trying this place and within the first few bites found a hair in my pizza. The pizza was overcooked and very greasy but I wanted to give it a shot since it’s local. Very disappointed :(

Apps are great but be prepared to wait a half hour for them to bring out overcooked pizza and then argue about it.

Soggy crust, and trash all over front of store, not very inviting.

I ordered for delivery at 9:55pm, without realizing they closed at 10pm. I called the store at 9:58 and 9:59 to try and cancel my order but the call automatically dropped. There is no cancel option on my order confirmation email. Since the order went through and it gave the delivery time of 11:55pm I thought maybe they were still going to fill my order. But now it's past midnight and no delivery.
I guess I'll have to call or go in when they open to get my money back. I really wish there was an online cancel option.

Ordered a pizza through DoorDash and had an incident where the driver never went to pick up the pizza. We called DoorDash since this was their fault and they refunded us the money. So then we reordered the pizza 3 hours later and instead of making us a new pizza they gave us a 3+ hour old pizza which tasted awful. Also, when we made the other order, we ordered different toppings but still gave us the old pizza. Never ordering pizza here again! Bad business.

Best pizza ever! No fail Everytime! Would love it if there were more smaller portion options. I ordered a cookie once and it was the size of a pizza and that was the only option. Still the only pizza place I go to! Very busy so plan accordingly.

This is a pretty cool beer bar with food. There are a good selection of beers on tap. No hard liquor. I had a small cheese pizza and it needed a LOT more cheese. Crust was decent, and it seemed large for a 10". I would go back and try something more interesting.
