This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Why would anyone let this leave their store? Called the store to see about a resolution, and the manager was entirely rude and said there was nothing she could do. The last few times we have ordered from this particular store, has been highly disappointing and the service quality is very poor. Definitely won't be getting our business anymore.!

This place is great with the exception of noise. The prices are amazing so it gets packed and then you can't hear anyone

Order was messed up and they exceeded all expectations when making it right. Everyone was great. This is how a local business should operate. Great group of people here

They use to be fire. Quality is lesser than little Caesars now. Very very disappointing. Ingredients and quality have massively changed. I use to recommend, now I would say HARD pass.

The pizza here is fantastic—both the gluten-free and regular options are amazing. They’re very accommodating when it comes to allergies and modifications, which I really appreciate. The prices are fair for the quality, and this has quickly become one of my favorite pizza spots in town. The only drawback is the to-go experience: pickup orders often take longer than expected, and the online quotes aren’t always accurate, so your pizza might not be ready when you arrive.

I have always gone to the location in FoCo but found myself in Loveland looking for pizza and checked it out. I was very pleased with the service, Connor was so kind and helpful. The pizza tasted just like it came out of the FoCo oven so I’m glad to see they’re consistent at their locations. We sat in their dining room and was pleased with the cleanliness and overall vibe. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area looking for pizza.

I ordered 1hr ahead for pizza, when I got there to pick it up at the scheduled time, they didn't even know there was an order. The rude girl found the order. Then I had to sign something that said I picked up rhe order before they started my pizza.. So I had to wait another 30 minutes for it to cook. There was swearing in the back kitchen that could be heard. Then our pizza was wrong. I ordered thin crust and instead got a soft, undercooked thick crust.

The Krazy Katl’s that we normally went to on campus had moved so we tried out their location in Loveland. When my wife and I arrived, we were the only ones there and continued to be the only patrons in the building while we were being served. The guy behind the bar who was also our waiter was very nice and we talked with him while we ate. When he took our order, he tried to remember all the ingredients that I asked for on my pizza which always worries me. He couldn’t remember what I told him and as a result, I got a regular crust instead of a thin crust two of the Vegetable additions were missing. My wife had also ordered a thin crust and got the regular one. Also, after waiting 30 minutes, they let us know that her pizza had something wrong with the tomatoes and they had to remake it. I ended up eating mine while she waited for hers. As an aside they do not have wi-fi. When it came time to leave, he had an issue with the cash register/computer and was not able to give us our bilI so I ended up paying cash instead of my credit card. Unfortunately, this will be our first and last time here.

Used to be a regular here, but service has become so bad and food quality is downright gross. Hopefully they go under soon and something good moves into the location.

unless you want to wait an hour and 45 minutes for two pizzas, I suggest you take your business elsewhere. We ordered two 10-in for delivery on a Wednesday evening. The quoted delivery time was 1 hour. when I called to see where pizzas were at they had just put them in the oven. I asked to switch to pick up because it would have been another 30 plus minutes. show up for the pickup, and they were out on delivery. waited at the store another 10 minutes for delivery to return. looks like it's run by a bunch of teenagers who really don't care. this place used to be good. Will not be returning

we called to get 2 grinders on the deal of the week. The gal told us 50-60 minutes. My husband got there and it was over 90 minutes until he got the food. No apology, nothing. Then they forgot the Italian dressing. Nobody seems to care. Find a good management team and turn this ship around! I told him to leave and go to Noodles but he had already paid. They didn't hesitate to take his money right away.
