Mirroring other review from 5 months ago, they're passing on 3% surcharge to all credit cards, preferring debit or cash. They also charge an extra $1.20 for milk alternatives and don't offer a discount for bringing your own re-usable vessel. While they only have mediocre coffee and service. They're stuck in the past.

Please don't use a microwave warm your pre made sandwiches!!! Makes them awfully soggy. So you were voted one of the best coffee shops in Loveland, have you ever used a sandwich toaster before. Does your public know the difference between a sandwich rewarmed in a microwave as opposed to it been warmed using a toaster? I don't think so. Good luck.

Today I ordered a cortado, thinking that I'd love to enjoy one of my favorite coffee drinks. I was happy to see it on the menu. However, I was so extremely disappointed. This is not difficult to make. It is espresso shots plus steamed milk. The milk should be steamed so that it creates creamy micro bubbles, adding a very small amount of dense foam and textured milk to the espresso. It is a short drink, intensely flavored, and so delicious when done well. The cortado I received was a watery half cup of bitter coffee with a splash of milk. I felt embarrassed for the barista. Please teach your staff how to make this drink or don't offer it. I'm not usually critical, but it was truly awful. What went right? The staff is very pleasant and couldn't be nicer. So great job on that.

They updated their card reader so if you pay with a credit card you get charged an additional %. They keep changing hours and it's just really frustrating. Staff is overall friendly and the lobby is clean. Everything depends on you preference but they have something for everyone and don't be afraid to ask. They are always helpful with questions.
