This truly has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. I have used the curbside pickup via the app around 5 times over the past month and every single time the waiting times are over 10 minutes despite having small orders. On top of that I often clarify I have a severe allergic to onions and request no onions on my burger, however, almost every single time I have received onions on my burger.

The food was on par from McDonald's. The experience was okay except for who I assume is the manager screaming at everyone she was very unpleasant. The gentleman at the window politely asked which order was ours before I could even respond the manager came over screaming. I don't feel it's appropriate for a human to talk to another like that especially somebody that's supposed to be in a position of power it shows poor leadership skills and general human defects in the work environment. I feel bad for that young man as he disappeared out of sight. After about 5 minutes or so the lady who is doing all the screaming came to the window eyes bloodshot looking demonic handed me my food with a plastic smile I felt like she was looking through me before she leaned out the window and stared at the car behind me as if she felt they were some sort of inconvenience to her

This store is so disorganized. I work close by so I stop here often for lunch. When they are running behind in the drive thru they tell you to park into a designated spot. However EVERY SINGLE TIME I get parked and go to the designated spot someone is already there. Which leads to me either getting the wrong order, or the person walking out the orders doesn’t bother to ask around and I end up having to go inside to get my order. It’s always been this way at this store for as long as I can remember. Hands down one of the most unorganized McDonalds around.

This location never seems to get my order right. Im so tired of getting my food home to not have it all when I get home to feed my family. I didn't have time to check when I was in the busy drive thru line but I don't get paid to make sure the order is all there. Don't go to this location unless you want to double check your order every time or be missing part of your order.

I’m at the drive through right now. I pull up at exactly 4pm and place my order. Nobody in front of me or behind me. I ask for fresh protein. It’s now 4:12 and iv watched 7 other cars drive by me in about to go inside and ask to cancel my order. This should not have taken 13 minutes.

again, I would have given 0 stars is I could. 5 years ago I posted a review about the ineptness of the people working here. my mom stopped here in the way back from the hospital and picked up food. she ordered me 2 cheeseburgers with NO ONIONS EXTRA PICKLES. when I went to eat them I found them labeled properly, however it appears labels don't matter when the people working either can't read or simply don't care enough to try. if you have any allergies DO NOT COME HERE!!! as you can see from the pictures the cheeseburgers were both extra onions no pickles, and the cheese wasn't even close to melted. if you enjoy paying for and eating cold food that is made exactly the opposite way that you requested, this is the place. otherwise, avoid this place like the plague.
Ordered extra meat on my breakfast sandwich, and they charged me for it but failed to place it in my sandwich.

Absolutely, worst experience ever, called the store because they were missing majority of my order, my large fries maybe had 10 fries. My double quarter pounder had a bone in it. Manager was absolutely rude, and showed no sympathy for the stores mistake. Very dissatisfied.
