The customer service I received today was terrible. Take my order, order extra sauce for my nuggets. I'm asked to pull to a stall while they prepare my food. I do, my food gets dropped off, I ask if I got my sauces, extra sauces and ketchup, I'm told yes, cool, I go home. No condiments at all, no napkins. So I drive back to just grab the sauces, kid tells me I need to pay for them, I explained I already paid for them, then show me a receipt. I said, I can drive back home to get it if you'd like. Kid just stares at me, stomps over and grabs me 3 sauces and says here Why the attitude over sauces, forget it wasn't me who forgot to put them in the bag. All this explains their low review rating .

Super disappointed. I went to play the McDonald's game and get breakfast out of it. I only got the game piece on my potato and not the bonus slip nor the one that is supposed to come on my sandwich. I've had decent service from this place in the past. It's really disappointing to not get the game pieces I should be getting.

BE AWARE!!! I went to McDonald's this morning to play the monopoly game, only to find out that one item out of the 3 things I ordered had the monopoly game, plus they didnt give out their bonus cards, not to mention they're still messing up on my order forgetting my cheese for my breakfast sandwiches. #timetogotothenewmcdonalds #mcplayedus

I’ve given this McDonald’s location multiple attempts and they continue to fail to meet basic standards. Every time I’ve been they have missed items from my order.
On one occasion they had me pull into the drive through parking and they came out with 3 orders each time that were not mine after I repeatedly told them every item in my order. Which was only fries and nuggets. Then when they got it right they forgot the fries.
Uber Eats delivered our food that is sealed BY McDonalds and then says I need to call Uber Eats. The seal on the bag was not broken and unless Uber Eats bags the order it’s seems to me it’s McDonalds that forgot part of our order but doesn’t want to take responsibility.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a new cold brew coffee. Got parked in number 1 and watched 6 cars pass by and waited 20 minutes, then got my coffee and didn’t even have cold form in it. Dumb.
