Placed an order online and absolutely everything was wrong, got a plain cheeseburger, ordered and paid extra for the ranch snack wrap and got spicy instead. Few people looked zoned out or high. Definitely won't return especially when calling they don't answer when i wanted a refund lol. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Also waited like 10-15 mins for my order too when placing it online. Whoever the manager needs to reevaluate the crew.

0 stars if I could. I’m a dasher in Loveland and I absolutely dread coming to this McDonald’s for a pick up. The staff is always rude. Never acknowledges customers, even when I’ve said excuse me politely. If they make eye contact with you they quickly move out of view.
I’m standing in line waiting currently for an order, and so was another dasher in front of me. As we’ve been waiting for 10+ minutes with no help, the other dasher asks an estimate. The young man, responds with “I have a a lot of orders BRO, don’t you see the screen” and shook his head. I am appalled to be in the same room with employees with so manners, let alone no common sense to just be a polite human. Such a disgrace these kids have become. The young man’s name tag is covered, but he’s the only tall noodle arm boy wearing a chain like he’s gangster or something.

Pay for extra everything and they don’t give you the add one. Pay for cheese and sauces and never get them. They park you so quickly and always have to go back in to get something. If you’re gonna charge as much as a normal restaurant you should be held to the same standards

Very quiet. Fish sandwich a ridiculous $5. The value menu is limited but affordable. Fries 🍟 okay until they get cold. Ordering at the kiosk was much easier than last time. Super fast and absolutely correct but wondering about the busy signal phone sounds. Choice of sauces is extensive and 30 cents seems reasonable. Unlimited catsup. McDouble very dry with two pickles. Perfect for a quick solo lunch after a networking meeting.

Pretty sure they gave my order to the lady in front of me cause she returned moments later and returned the food. Shortly after she did this was brought out to me. I have a feeling they just took it from her and brought it out to me. I hope I'm wrong. The chicken sandwich looked untouched but I will not be eating that burger.

I did a mobile order from home for delivery. Showed up 10min later and still had to wait 25min for my order. Not sure if management can't handle customers here but this is ridiculous.

Made an online order. Waited 20 minutes there for it to be ready. Got home and half of the order was wrong. The first time I called for a refund I was hung up on. When I called back I was told I had to go back for a refund which I know is not true.

I feel so bad for these workers. They are overworked and whoever the owner is needs to put a drink fountain and condiments out front so that the workers don't have to worry about that. They are already working so hard trying to keep the place clean and get through orders. Shame on the owner for not treating them the way they deserve to be treated. Give them raises and give them a break.

The kiosk was much more friendly than the employees. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and a large coffee. The burger was cold and tasteless. I am embarrassed to say that I was so hungry I ate it anyway. I hope I don’t regret it. There wasn’t a clean table in the “restaurant “ so I settled for the least unclean spot. So in summary, uncaring employees, terrible food, and unsanitary conditions. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

Ive gone to this location before and haven't had a problem for the most part. I did just receive this burger that was completely pink and raw in the middle. I think it's unfortunate they won't give me a refund unless I bring all the food back, I feel like that goes against policy because it's a health hazard to accept food back from a customer once they've come in contact with said food. At least that's how it's been for EVERY food place I've ever worked. On the second note I live all the way in north fort Collins and won't be down that way for a while so to not have the problem resolved until who knows when I get back down there feels unfortunate

The place was filthy, trash and food on the floor and tables hadn’t been wiped down. The food was what you would expect, but I won’t go here again!
