The play place is closed because of broken equipment. When asked about reopening the playground, we were told that there were no other like facilities for parts, and the company that built it was no longer in operation so there are no replacement parts to repair the broken playground.

We went through the drive-through and were missing an item. We had to pull into the parking lot and then wait in line to get the food we already ordered and paid for. It was fast but we never trust them because there is almost always something wrong or missing.

Ordered on mobile app.. they couldn't find the order number. We showed them the confirmation code and susan said it was put in as a counter pickup. Asked if she could just give it to us and she said no. The system changed it and you have to come in. AND THEY GOT THE DAMN ORDER WRONG. and gave us grief over fixing it.. do better mcdonalds do better..

The shear amount of incompetent people working here is astounding and the fact that corporate still allows them to operate is crazy. Iv never had an order correct from here. How hard is it to count 3 items on a 3 item order. The amount of times Iv had items missing is to much to count. Then when you bring it up they act like you’re trying to steal from them. Corporate needs to shut this place down and retrain everyone

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced I had called them because they did not put a lid on my milkshake before having it doordash my door Dasher stated they said something to them about their not being a lid and it being spilled in the bag and they refused to fix it and still sent it with my doordasher when I called about the issue I literally got cussed out by management completely despicable and unacceptable
