Service ok, but not consistent. Always out of ice and Diet Coke in self service area. 'Table Service' is rarely what is advertised to be. Other McDs in Loveland are better.

Order trough the app and they would not honor the order because apparently the payment did not show fully processed in their system, even though I got charged in the app and showed them the order number. Now I had to pay at the store again to get my order and have to wait 7days to get my refund trough the app. This is ridiculous. This is the second time it's happened at this store and I didn't get my money back the first time. They don't have the slightest idea about putting customers first. If I'm a store manager and they show me the order in the app, and I can see it in the system, I would honor the customer's order and deal with my system malfunction later. Maybe they need to spend a day at a Chick-fil-A and learn something about customer service.

Have had better at other McDonald's. I ordered the double cheeseburger meal it was dry fries were cold and soda was flat. Won't go to that one again

The play place is closed because of broken equipment. When asked about reopening the playground, we were told that there were no other like facilities for parts, and the company that built it was no longer in operation so there are no replacement parts to repair the broken playground.
Kid-friendliness: Should be more children friendly, but play place is not available.

first mcdonald’s i’ve been to where you had to pay for sauce
We went through the drive-through and were missing an item. We had to pull into the parking lot and then wait in line to get the food we already ordered and paid for. It was fast but we never trust them because there is almost always something wrong or missing.

Ordered on mobile app.. they couldn't find the order number. We showed them the confirmation code and susan said it was put in as a counter pickup. Asked if she could just give it to us and she said no. The system changed it and you have to come in. AND THEY GOT THE DAMN ORDER WRONG. and gave us grief over fixing it.. do better mcdonalds do better..

The shear amount of incompetent people working here is astounding and the fact that corporate still allows them to operate is crazy. Iv never had an order correct from here. How hard is it to count 3 items on a 3 item order. The amount of times Iv had items missing is to much to count. Then when you bring it up they act like you’re trying to steal from them. Corporate needs to shut this place down and retrain everyone
