The people serving and hosting were extremely nice. Unfortunately the Mongolian Beef dishes my wife and I got were not edible whatsoever. Truly tasted like canned dog food smells, and either of us couldn’t take more than one bite. I’m glad we got the volcano roll as well because that truly was the only saving grace of this experience.Go here for the sushi but I would stay far away from everything else. Truly heartbreaking.

The environment was so clean and the waitress was amazing. We did not like our food, and when the manager came up, his demeanor was rude and as if we were putting him out. We said we’d pay for it but that we didn’t like it. The waitress gave us some lo mein on the house, but the sauce wasn’t good either. It’s very sweet and all tastes the same. The avacado on the sushi tasted old. We did appreciate the waitress.

After I saw this cute sign outside of this restaurant promoting their new items, I knew I had to try it out. I ordered the noodle soup bowl and my boyfriend ordered the ramen bowl. Both were impeccable! They were carefully made, and the flavors were so authentic! Also, I didn't know that the noodle soup bowl was 20% off right now because it was a new item, so that's a win for me! The interior of this store was so pretty, even the bathrooms were nice and clean, and the staff were REALLY nice. 10/10 would recommend this place if you have time!

Visited here recently with the wife for the first time for date night. Was thinking this was a place that would cook the food in front of you with the flips and tricks, etc., but it's not that kind of restaurant. It's in a strip mall, but it is spacious inside, and the atmosphere was nice. We had a curtained booth. We received excellent service. We got a hibachi plate to share and several rolls of sushi, including some specialty rolls. Hibachi meal was really, really, good. Sushi was not special. Pricing was reasonable. I would go back for the hibachi.

Really liked this place! Establishment was clean, the service was great, and the fish was very fresh and well presented. It doesn't even seem like it should be in Loveland it's so nice. Been to sushi spots all over Fort Collins, Longmont, and Loveland and this is definately one of the best! Thanks Mr Chen!!!

The service and atmosphere are great however me and my partner and I got incredibly sick eating here. When I called to let them know that they had got us very sick, they blew us off and didn't seem to care.Update: I think their reply speaks volumes on how they handle business...I hadn't eaten anything all day, so me eating their sushi and then getting sick to my stomach thirty minutes later is proof enough We are all adults here and understand what getting sick from sushi feels like. The lack of responsibility and their ability to resolve the issue so that it doesn't happen again really just shows me that they are going to continue to get others sick and keep denying their role in doing so.Update 2 : Seems they have now deleted their response, but they basically told me I have no proof that it was their fault, and so they didn't need to accept responsibility.

My wife and I are always hesitant to try new sushi places (especially since she doesn’t eat sushi). Mr. Chens Sushi and Hibachi did NOT disappoint! There were so many options for wife and she loved her Singapore Mei Fun and there were plenty of left overs. The sushi was lovely! I got a bulldog roll and an explosion roll. The rice was crispy, giving the sushi an even better texture. The service was fast and our server was very nice. Highly recommended if you’re looking for new places to try! Don’t let the outside fool you.

When visiting a new Asian restaurant, it's hard to know what to expect. Sometimes it's equivalent to cheap Chinese take-out and you wonder if your food was pre-packaged, previously frozen and/or microwaved. Mr. Chen's is NOT one of those places! Expect a pleasant atmosphere, fast and friendly service, amazing food with fantastic flavor and texture, and reasonable prices. I consider myself somewhat of a food-snob, and I will definitely come here again!
