This is, by far, the best Asian restaurant me and my family have EVER been. Everything was incredibly delicious, from the soups to everything... We had sushi, sashimi, soups, Tao chicken, shrimp and egg rice was CRAZY delicious. Totally recommend and definitely coming back.

These are nice people....was really looking forward to trying out their food, but my Uber Eats driver took my order. Do not use Uber Eats. However, I recommend Mt. Asian One. They really tried to help me with fixing my situation. Looking forward to trying out their food one of these days.

From New York City and Chef in a Former Life so Pretty Picky - This is the best, most clean and healthy asian food I have had in Northern Colorado. Usually places attempting multiple cuisines split their focus and the result is sub-par. Here the Sushi is Excellent, the Chinese food is excellent and the Ramen and soups are amazing as well.
