Service has been hit or miss in the past, but their Mac & Cheese - only made a specific way - is one of my autistic daughter's safe foods, so we order from here on a regular basis. When I picked up our order last night, Annaliese (the employee who handed me the bag) told me she made sure it was made the way my daughter likes. I sheepishly asked if she recognized our order. She said she did and that whenever she sees it, if she can't make it herself, she lets her coworkers know to pay attention to the order details. It may seem like a small thing to someone else, but her caring attitude and not seeing my kid's food preferences as an inconvenience means the world to our family. Thank you, Annaliese!

Used to have a great menu. Loved the penne Rosa… but whatever this new version of it is tastes like actual slop. The noodles are so soggy and mushy. Very sad guys what the heck.

I ordered takeout around 8:27pm, my girlfriends pad tai had no sauce? It was literally just noodles and a couples pieces of meat and a few pieces of vegetables. I also was thrown off by what I ordered (steak stroganoff) and I have ordered it before but this time it did not seem correct. :/ This food was just not the best tasting and put together incorrectly. Update morning after: My gf and I definitely have food poisoning, I will never come back to this location.

After waiting for almost 2 hours on a 50$ order the food was never delivered. Super sad, no reason was provided for this and now it will take up to a week to refund the money. Not a good experience, at all and i for one will no longer be taking my business to this location. Super unfortunate especially because I objectively ike noodles

I ordered for delivery and found out someone stole my order before the driver got there. Rather than just remaking the food and sending it with the driver who was willing to wait, they had to make things difficult. Looks like no dinner for me tonight. Great job noodles and company.
