This is my family’s favorite BBQ joint in northern CO. Staff is polite, kind & knowledgeable on menu items. We got 3 meals (2 adults & 1 kid) and an appetizer for about $75. We’ve also had takeout previously. The food tasted fresh. They had several sauces with various heat levels. We loved the Kansas City sauce which was the weakest level of heat. The cornbread muffins are one of my favorites on the menu. Also the beans are the best I’ve ever had. Pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and ribs are really great. Waffle fries were good as well. I don’t think they gluten friendly. I’m from the south and their banana pudding is almost identical to what I make. I absolutely loved it. We went on a Friday night, the parking lot was packed, and we were still able to walk right in for a table. Absolutely love this place!

This place is WOW!!! Drove an hour to come try it and the experience did not disappoint. The wait staff is exceptional. The food is so delicious. And the best banana pudding I've had in a long time. Will continue driving an hour to come eat here.
An update months later - still the best restaurant I've been to. Drove an hour to come eat again and it's worth it every single time. Please open a location south of here. This is the most delicious food EVER!!!!!!!!!

Food was excellent, we also had onion straws as a side..perfect. We do miss the fried green beans though. Our waitress was very nice, other staff members as well. We love eating here!
