I had a phenomenal experience, the Gelato was amazing and the coffee was pretty okay. Over all I think it's an excellent place.

Best Gelato in town!
Shelly helped us craft the most beautiful gelato service for my daughter's wedding reception with over 350 guests! I talked other local ice cream/gelato places in the NoCo area, and none of them had the professional indoor service set up that was appropriate for a formal event that I was looking for...except for Paciugo's!!! I loved the charming portable dipping cases and how they displayed the stunning gelato flavors! Our guests absolutely enjoyed getting to order up to three flavors per cup and they raved about the flavors! Shelly and Paciugo's really made our event special and unique. Shelly was amazing at communication, organization, and keeping track of all of our details. A huge thank you to Paciugo's for such wonderful memories!!

The staff was very friendly and willing to let me sample some flavors. Always love going in there for a cool down. My favorite is the cookies and cream, butter pecan with caramel and the coffee.

Did its purpose but didn't taste anything like any Gelato I've had before.... tasted more like store bought ice cream

Love the Gelato. Very tasty and so yummy as an affagato drink. Our go to place when we want delicious, creamy ice cream with lots of choices.

Quite disappointed. I stopped in last night while I was at Centerra and the last thing I want to do is post a critique of the young gal who was working there, at least she is working and making an effort. This is more to hopefully make a change. I ordered a grande cup - two flavors. The poor girl could barely reach the two flavors I chose because they were on the bottom of the display and the bins were half empty so the majority of the Gelato on both selections were at the opposite end of the bin so she gave up trying to add more to the cup. Literally spent $9 on a half empty cup of ice cream with the bottom of the cup basically hollow on both flavors. Plus she had such a difficult time adding to the cup because she couldn't get any on the scoop that more of the Gelato was on the outside of the cup hanging over then the inside. Made for a very messy attempt at eating before it all melted. Suggestion to your staff, if the ice cream bins are half empty with the main half at the end towards the glass, suggest they flip it so they can reach it better. Second suggestion - maybe a scale with the "needs to be at weight" should be used in order to make $9 worth it. That way they know if they are even close to what your idea for quantity should be rather than a few scrapes of ice cream. Third suggestion - if they make a mess on the cup, invest in a napkin or two to wipe the sides and push any ice cream hanging over and down the sides back into the cup. I stood there in amazement that she didn't think twice and that it was ok to hand it to me. I still gave her a small tip just out of feeling obligated but I didn't say anything because the store was busy and I didn't feel it was worth it or appropriate to embarrass her. At least a review would provide the owner with suggestions on what they can work on and to make the increased cost worth it for the customer. I think gold is less expensive per ounce from what I paid.UPDATE for clarification -$9.00 included the sales tax and tip, so although your statement is correct about the price of the cup, the price I paid was $9, therefore that is the cost. Second, no, she didn't weigh the cup. She went straight from taking it out of the bins to handing it to me because she thought the people behind me were in my group and started to immediately serve them. She then came over when she realized I was not and processed the sale. Not trying to split hairs with you, but yes it was $9 and no I did not see her weigh it, the cup was definitely not in proportion to weights and measures but alas lesson learned. Lastly, saying something at the time, she looked stressed and I didn't feel like being one of those who would make her feel overwhelmed since the store was crowded. It was better to cut my losses and just post a comment in hopes that the store would try and address my experience for future changes so customers don't go all Karen... I'm not interested in being a Karen to a young girl just trying to work. I was just very disappointed and my gold comment was yes a funny and an exaggeration. Glad it made you laugh.

I was in here a few days ago, great place and great people. The manager seems to be overbearing and doesn’t treat her staff with respect, put a bad taste in my mouth even tho the gelato is great. Hope there’s some managerial changes

I am very disappointed in this place, because my family and I are customers and we ordered Caramel Espresso Frappé Slushie drinks and the person who made them did so inefficiently, gave us whipped milk without any flavor and on top of everything he charged us the price as if he had sold us what we really wanted? ?

Honestly so disappointed. Me and my partner never venture out on the weekends and the one night we do, it's snowing a little (it's Colorado nothing we aren't used to). We shopped around foothills mall in Fort Collins and Decided we wanted something sweet around 8 pm on our way home. Before we even left Fort Collins we looked up to see what time this place closed. Clearly says 9. We get there and this place is closed. Why open a buisness in Colorado if you can't manage to stay open for a little snow.
Great ice cream. Very creamy. I would like a little more coffee flavor (your coffee flavored icecream).

The gelato here is great! Almost (almost!) like an Argentinian quality of gelato, which is very rare to find here in the US.
Staff always nice, and the place is quiet. Is perfect to finish a busy day, to relax a couple of minutes sit outside on this very quiet plaza.
