Was told there wasn’t any teriyaki chicken left by the manager when I could clearly see there was teriyaki chicken in the container. They put a second container over the teriyaki chicken container to cover it but you could clearly still see plenty of teriyaki chicken in there.

That manager needs to go. Already had problems in the past with her and it seems they took her off taking orders because of her rude behavior, came in tonight to see she is now just taking it out on all her employees and treating them awful. I bet the turn over rate is crazy all because this one person . Literally got out as fast as possible because just her presence is enough to make me regret my choice coming , GET HER OUT!!!

I went in this evening to get dinner for my girlfriend and I. 2 people were in line in front of me. It took well over 10 minutes before I even got to order food, because from the looks of it, online delivery orders take priority over walk in customers. While I waited to order our food, I watched the items we wanted start to dwindle under the sneeze guard, because they took care of online orders before walk in customers. I have been going to this location for years, but took a break for a bit while I was on a no sugar diet. I see things have changed over the time, and I will not be back, or recommend this location to anyone, due to walk in customers being helped last. When I brought it up to the older lady running the register, she completely ignored it. After years of great service from her, this is what Panda Express has become.

Employee with name Samantha told me that if I left a good review, I’d get free food. I went ahead and wrote a positive review — but once it was posted, I got absolutely nothing in return.
Honestly, I feel like I was lied to. If you offer something in exchange for a review, you should follow through. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and leaves a bad impression.

Food was delicious. Service could have been better. The lady that got our food was rude. It was my first time to visit a panda express so wasn't sure how it worked. She was very impatient with me and continued to give me an attitude because I wasn't fast enough for her liking. I just wasn't sure of my options or what was available to me. To me service is very important. Especially the way you treat customers. The place was clean though.

I'm not the type of person who writes reviews on restaurants, but the truth is I had a very bad experience, to begin with, inference, on the part of the workers, poor treatment when giving the food, little patience and zero tolerance, how bad that they have that type of treatment having such good food, but it's not worth it for the way they treated us, and unfortunately it's not the first time they have that type of attitude in this branch

Portions were significantly lacking. If you want primarily rice then fine. Scrimped on the main dishes and couldn’t even give you sweet and sour sause for each of your crag ragcoon.

Ruth forgot part of my side for my entree. We were eating at the restaurant. So I went back up to the counter to ask for the rest of my food. She gave me attitude and asked how long it had been. It was maybe 1-2 minutes just long enough to go to my table back to the counter. She was also rude to other customers too. She and Mayra should not work together. They were more concerned about being friends than taking care of paying customers and doing their job.
