As good as corporations get.
Poor service.
I came in here with my 1 year old daughter they messed up her drink and wouldn’t give me the correct drink! After tons of arguing and the manger Sandra being extremely disrespectful to me she finally pulled up my receipt to realize that I was right she couldn’t even apologize! When I asked to speak to a higher up manager she continued to tell me she couldn’t provide me with a phone number right now and no one else was there I could talk to! I’m extremely disappointed I’m a stay at home mom to twin three month olds and a 15 month old and I don’t get out much and this makes me wanna stay at home even more!
I would give negative if I could. I have been coming here for years, but after last night I won't be coming back. I will go to Bamboo Express instead. They were extremely rude. We waited forever for food to be cooked. We asked about teriyaki chicken. They said they were out. They made orange chicken. Then someone else asked for it and they made it fresh for them. We would have waited. We already waited for half an hour. And we asked for two chicken egg rolls and got one. So we are done after last night. Just be honest next time. Either you are out of teriyaki chicken, or ask if you don't mind waiting for it to be fresh.
This was the worst spring roll I've ever had. It was full of very mushy vegetables. The fried rice was just as bad.
This place could pick it up a little bit. Some of their food was good but their noodles are dry and crunchy. And a couple of the workers are rude but all in all it's okay
Employees were rude I got told my food would be done in 10 min they were cooking it “fresh” took 20 min before I got something else it’s they lied to my face the service sucks and don’t even wash hands in between glove changes
Great for on the go.

We got to go bowls. I had the chicken, mushroom, white rice and it was delicious. The food was hot when we got it, also fresh!

We go to this Panda Express frequently. It’s always busy, which is understandable. The staff has always been friendly until today. My husband and I each ordered a bowl to go. They usually put lids on them. An employee named Marely was there, so I politely asked her if we were supposed to grab the bowls or wait. She completely ignored me. My husband asked her the same question, politely. She completely ignored him. We grabbed the bowls and proceeded to the register. She came to the register and asked if we needed anything else. My husband (again politely) said, “just a couple of lids please”. She (in a raised voice and very nasty manner) said, “I heard you the first time!” My husband and I are very friendly, understanding people. We understand busy. We own a business in Loveland which gets ridiculously busy. But we would NEVER treat our customers this way. Busy is no excuse for being extremely rude. Seriously disappointed. We know firsthand that good employees are hard to find these days. But if Marely continues to work there, you’ll be losing a lot of customers.

This place has gone down hill the past couple of years! I went in and they were very rude while taking our order. We had to wait extra time for the walnut shrimp because they were behind. I opened my meal to find that the orange chicken pieces were as big as the tip of a finger. Then dug into my orange chicken to find a hair wrapped around my chicken🤮

As for Asian fast food, it is the best since it is cheap, tasty and, above all, fast. The truth is that given the price the food is very good and in quantity, it is a good place to go to eat.

I placed a time order and it was made 20 minutes early (at least), I know this because it is cold, but also the notification that my order was done was sent fifteen minutes early. This is actually the second time this has happened where the food was made significantly early then left on a counter where the temperature was not properly held, I would wager you're getting people sick from this practice. I will now be attempting to seek a refund through the app, I'm sure that will be a nightmare. I used to order here 3-4 times a month, now I'm starting to think I won't ever return.

The young man doing service was unimpressive. He definitely seemed like he didn't want to be there. He didn't listen and had attitude. I think i will go to Greeley Panda Express from now on. It'll be worth the drive. Completely unhappy with the loveland Panda express near Walmart.
