The customer service has gone downhill at this establishment to the point I won’t be returning. I literally walked in to pick up my order and was completely ignored by both people there. Their food isn’t even that good anymore. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would do zero if I could. My Alfredo cheese pizza was ALL SLIDE TO ONE AIDE OF THE BOX. Toppin was slid off ENTIRE pizza. I’m not calling in because I’m not gunna have another driver all pissed at me and screw with my food. Also NO STICKER SEAL on the box.
We have ordered many times from Papa John's. The food has been excellent, and the service has been great. We are always happy when Brad delivers our food. He's very easy to work with and comes with a smile.
