As a Vietnamese, I was disappointed. This is not authentic pho or even close.
Please consider changing the name so people don’t think it’s Vietnamese-owned or traditional.
Previously a 5 star review, new owners completed changed the pho and crab cheese wontons. Not nearly as good as it used to be. Not bad, but it’s more like your average pho in noco that leaves something to be desired. Pho is way too salty now.
Also portion sizes are at least 30% smaller

Love this place! This pho place is such a hidden gem. From the Pho to the Pad Thai it’s amazing! 🤩 only comment I would have about this place is maybe having some background music or something playing to fill the atmosphere! Other than that! 10/10

The restaurant recently underwent a change in ownership and kitchen staff. Used to be owned by a sweet Vietnamese family serving authentic Vietnamese food especially pho soups. Now it's owned by a Chinese crew. If you like Chinese food, you probably won't be disappointed. We had sesame chicken and curry veggies, and they were delicious. However, our chicken pho was below average. Still very nice people.

We’ve been coming here for a long time, but since the new owners took over, it’s just not the same. We usually order the pho and the chicken lo mein. Before the ownership change, both were a solid 10/10. Unfortunately, now it’s closer to a 5/10 at best. The flavors and overall quality have noticeably changed. We really hope the restaurant considers bringing back the old menu and recipes, because this place used to be a favorite.

The phō was waaaaay too salty. The eggrolls were horrible and the atmosphere is dirty. I order a chicken and veggie and 2 beef phō's... They all had the same beef broth !! Really? For the vegetarian? He couldn't eat it obviously.
I didn't even feel comfortable eating there. We took our food to go. Sorry to have to leave this review. I was hoping for a better experience.

The pho is unbelievably good! You order at the counter, and they bring out your food. The pho is a huge portion and mine fed me for lunch and dinner that day. I love all the fresh herbs and vegetables they bring for you to add to the pho. The restaurant is bright inside with both booths and tables.

Pretty pedestrian Vietnamese food. I got the chicken PHO and it was on the bland side however it was decent enough. Service with excellent and attentive though. I would tell them that theit broth needs to be seasoned better. I would probably return if I were in Loveland again.

Best in NoCo
I ordered the fried rice and lo mein and I was pretty disappointed with what I got for the price. I really wanted to like this place and I plan to give it another chance with their pho next visit.
