The quality is still kind of there. But this third party DoorDash delivery is at 1 stars. They won’t hand you food and leave it at your door with no knock or doorbell ring. You’re allowing a 3rd party to destroy the reputation. Stop leaving our food outside to get cold and bring back the delivery drivers.

The man who gave us the pizzas was very nice and thoughtful in fact he gave us crushed red peppers when we almost forgot the peppers and the man was very nice. The pizza was so delicious with the cheese crust. The flavor of the pizza was like a cheesy crust.

I had a bizarre situation today and I’m pretty sure I know what happened. My pizza smelled and tasted like banana bread and the only way for that to happen is if an employee used the conveyer belt for personal use. The box even smelled like it. Asked management for a remake and they happily obliged but the second one was no different. I told the manager my theory and she hid her face so fast I’m pretty sure that’s what it was. My problem is I have a severe nut allergy so if the banana bread had nuts in it, through the heating process flavonoids are released that can contaminate other products. Although the itchiness I felt when I had my only bite has subsided, I’m still upset. Had I given it to my child who is even more sensitive to nuts than I am, she would have had to go to the Emergency Room. Very poor judgement on the employee who did this.

So the store was out of medium pizzas, which makes no sense, so we had no choice but to order two pan pizzas which cost even more. if you’re in the business to service the customers at least stock what you may need. When I asked to speak to a manager, the young gentleman behind the counter, told me he was the manager and continued to blame my partner who called the order in definitely not good customer service whatsoever

Superior pizza for a chain, excellent service, and reasonable prices. I also think the pepper shakers are a great deal as you get the whole shaker with the crushed red pepper for under $2.

I ordered a pizza on my app and accidentally asked for the wrong sauce, I didn't realize it until it was delivered and I took my first bite and it had a kick to it! I called the store, and they are replacing my pizza with the right sauce for me! Thanks for understanding my mistake and having amazing customer service skills and making me a happy customer!

Wow I want to say this is best customer service I’ve had in long time or maybe ever. I ordered 3 lg. pizzas, 2 of which was supposed to have 5 toppings. When I got my food home I saw those 2 pizzas were missing 1 out of the 5 toppings. I called them and told them. I spoke with a man named Josh. He looked up my ordered and he told me he was the one that made those pizzas and took responsibility of making the mistake of not putting that topping on the pizzas. He was so admitting and sincerely apologized. He asked to make it right by offering to either make the pizzas over again that moment or giving me a credit on my next order. I didn’t want to go back out so I took the credit. The credit was very decent and I was happy😃

Ordered large taco pizza with stuffed crust and onions on half. Pizza was way late getting cooked, no stuffed crust, onions on whole thing. Completely understaffed.

The manager told us we have to give a tip. He acted like without putting a tip on he wouldn't give us the food we already paid for. I am sure he will save our names and spit in the food next time. Super rude manager. A tip isn't for take out, and shouldn't be expected when you aren't bringing the food out or delivering it.

Ordered pick up, paid online, picked up pizza asked for pepper flakes and they were going to charge me for them.
Come on, I spent over $30 on a single pizza.
