I really appreciate the team especially Michael! I have to small kids that makes picking up dinner very difficult but I had called the store and asked if he would be willing to bring it out to me. With no hesitation he grabbed my order and came out quickly. I hope he understands how much i appreciate him doing that. Thank you Michael! Ill be back solely because of you good sir.

We order from this Pizza Hut often, they seem to mess up our order more times then not, tonight I ordered 3 pizzas tonight, one pepperoni one meat lovers one super supreme. I get home and we have 2 meat lovers and 1 pepperoni. We call the store to tell them and the manager tells my husband that we are lying because he cut a super supreme very poor service

Don't really do reviews but today never felt so disrespected. I've never had problems with this pizza hut until today. Today is Christmas Eve, 12/24/25, not Christmas. So I ordered 2 melts at 3:36 pm and I left work right away to pick them up. The email said they'd be done by 3:51 pm. I got there around 4:03 due to traffic and when I arrived, I noticed the doors were closed. I knocked and someone saw me and came to the door. When the female employee came to the door, I told her I had an order to pick up. A male employee came over and they were pretty rude and disrespectful. The female employee asked the make employee if that was my food. They eventually told me they threw the food away because I was late. They told me they weren't going to take orders after 4 but mine was placed online. They had 3 boxes in the warmer and he told the other female coworker they were his and not an actual order. My question is, why would you throw out someone else's order, knowing it was placed placed for pick up...., but instead, throw it away?? Yet keep their own stuff warm? I was completely disrespected and treated like I was out of place. He locked the door on me and didn't even apologize. He seemed lazy to me and not really wanting to help. Completely unprofessional. The female employee was trying to help me and was calm throughout the interaction.

Apparently they forgot to put sauce and cheese on 1/4 of the pizza.
Also, I ordered 18 wings and received 12.
Very disappointing. I will be going to a different location from now on.

Quality at Pizza Hut isn't good anymore. Skimpy toppings and tastes like a frozen pizza. Disappointing.

I came in to the restaurant with my kids and we ordered pizza or carryout. After we ordered we sat down at the tables to wait for our pizza when my daughter sat down her arm was covered in grease from the table. I walked up and let the lady behind the counter know and she just sort of stared at me so then I asked if I could have a rag to wipe the table down because they were gross she went back and got a paper towel got it a little wet came back and handed it to me at that point I wiped the tables down both tables they were filthy and greasy and gross and the paper towel was black after I was done. The food was good I just don't recommend going in as it seemed pretty filthy in the lobby.

Had a pretty simple order my order was messed up. So I asked for my money back and said that I would go somewhere else but the female and manager I'm assuming refuse to give me my money back and proceeded to call the police. All I kept asking him what's for my money back. And of course since I'm a black guy I threatened them by asking for my money back. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other pizza places that are right by them don't waste your time going there. So I call to speak to the manager but the entire time he talks over or interrupts, employees completely lied about what happened, he even stated he saw the video. Of course the other employees are going to have the one employees back. From top to bottom this pizza hut location is garbage, I'll call corporate instead, if a customer is unhappy and asks for a refund why not do that instead of making it difficult.

This is to follow up the review from Elijah Markworth because I was in the building when he was there.
From what I saw, Elijah had gotten a pizza that he didn’t like because there was no extra sausage or something. When the young lady at the counter explained to him how the topping system in their restaurant works, he wasn’t listening to her and insisted that he ordered extra sausage. When she pointed out to him that the ticket did not say extra sausage on it, he demanded that she get a manager or get a refund.
A young man(I assume the manager on duty) came out and assessed the situation same as she did, telling him that there is a limit to how much of a topping they can put on pizzas that had multiple toppings. When Elijah refused to listen, he demanded a refund for it. When the young man denied him a refund for something that wasn’t his fault, things escalated.
Elijah continued to raise his voice, had an aggressive tone, wouldn’t even let either of the employees make him another pizza when they offered it to him, just kept insisting for a refund. It even got to the point where he was screaming profanities at the young man.
It was around this time that the manager asked him to either calm down or leave. When Elijah kept shouting profanities and even threatened him by saying “Go ahead and call the cops because I’m either taking my aggression out on them or I’m taking it out on you”. The fact that he is pulling the race card in his review is totally unacceptable and pretty scummy as there was no hostilities towards him due to his race.
Afterwards, the manager proceeded to have the young lady call the cops and hand me my food, apologizing for the situation and wishing me a good night. The food was amazing and the way that both employees handled the stressful situation was professional and as friendly as they could be.
If people really want to, look at Elijah’s other reviews at restaurants and you’ll notice that almost every one that he’s gone to has a 1 star review. I don’t know if it’s genuinely because of the services or he’s trying to scam some free food out of them but I wouldn’t take this guy at face value.

To the gentleman behind the counter thank you for being so kind to my family and myself. My daughter absolutely adores you. We were absolutely having a terrible day and your joyful smile, and caring demeanor towards us was beyond appreciated. He was the General Manager he said Branson? Brad? Brady?Brandon? I can't remember but beyond caring red hair, red beard if that helps. Was super busy but treated us as if we were the first customer he took care of even though he helped 5 others before us. WILL BE BACK DUE TO HIM!

Pizza was horrible. Ordered pan crust and received hand tossed. Pizza showed up cold. I will never order from here again.
Busy place and staff super friendly and helpful... Little dirty yet due to the business of the day I'm not holding it against them.
