They were definitely having a bad day. I had ordered a small taco pizza for pick up. I went to the window where I was advised it'd be ready in 05 minutes. I went back 10 minutes after that and they were just cutting it. Disappointed that the pizza was missing the sauce and the crust was not up to par. I get having a bad day, but don't take it out on the customer by not making the food correctly. I ordered a small taco pizza that should of come with a hot sauce on it. Just disappointed that it was not done correctly.

Ashlynn was super patient and helpful even though we came in close to closing time and I was a bit flustered from work/hunger. The food was great, very tasty and fresh! They were super accommodating even though our joke of a governor has placed so many hassles in place for restaurants to keep their doors open and their livelihood.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The pizza is amazing. The chicken and biscuit were a little overcooked. We will definitely return for the pizza and possibly give the chicken another chance.

Looking for casual indoor dining with that buffet style feel? This is your place. Amble parking. For those worried about Covid-19, they have taken every precaution. Masks are required while in the restaurant except when seated at your table. Hand sanitizer is available. But be forewarned, it has a horrible smell. I would suggest washing your hands in the clean restrooms or bring your own sanitizer. There is a small salad bar as well as soup and breadsticks. A variety of pizza is always available and you can make requests, which they will gladly prepare. They also have pretty good fried chicken. The smashed potatoes are yummy and the chicken gravy is good. They have green beans (a bit mushy for my taste) and macaroni and cheese. For desserts they have a few different types of dessert pizza as we as ice cream in the prepackaged cups. Before the Covid-19 scare they had soft serve ice cream. Sadly, no longer available. You go through the line requesting items and the friendly and helpful servers will accommodate your requests and then hand you your filled plate. You can get your own soft drinks but must request assistance with the iced tea. The price is fair, with a discount for seniors (65 and older). They do not rush you andcfo a good job of removing dirty plates, glasses, etc. The staff, service, cleanliness and price rate 5 stars. The food is ok for the type of restaurant. Hence 4 stars. If you are a hearty eater, just want a super casual place to dine and chill for awhile or want to try something new give the Pizza Ranch a try.

I have always enjoyed going here, but not today. Immediately after arriving, I ordered a custom pizza. Over half an hour later, an employee asked me if I had my custom pizza. I told the employee that I had not received my pizza. The employer went to check and told me that for some reason the pizza had never been answered and to be made, but that she had pre ordered the custom pizza for me. I waited another 20 minutes, and they brought out a pizza that was not the one that I ordered. I had now waited over an hour for a pizza, despite having planned ahead. I understand that this is a pizza buffet, but if you are going to offer the option of a custom pizza, please at least try to get the order right and you it in under an hour. I am not sure if I will ever come back. It really is toobad, as I liked to bring my family here.

We absolutely understand and appreciate what restaurants are having to do to survive, but our visit today was extremely disappointing! The salad bar was minimal, and I'm absolutely sure the pizza on the buffet had been sitting under the heat lamps since lunch. We were there at 5:00 p.m. The pizza was cold, or marginally warm, and looked and faster like it had been sitting out for hours. The only redeeming part of the meal was the chicken was tasty as always, as were the potato wedges. Green beans were mushy. I honestly wonder if they are surviving by serving the lunch leftovers for dinner. It will be a long while before we return.
