Encountered Kieran at Loveland Aleworks during my birthday trip, and what a wonderfully amazing human he is! The food was fantastic, and the macaroni salad will live in my dreams forever. I cannot recommend this food highly enough as a born and bred southern woman who vacationed frequently in New York as a child. The New York style food is authentic as authentic gets! 10/10. I hope to be blessed with a coinciding food truck visit in the future. Thank you for helping make this trip unforgettable!

I have been regularly buying the Rustic Sourdough, the Dark Rye, the Irish Brown Bread (and other products) at Red Branch Bakery - to the greatest satisfaction! The breads are crusty, tasty, daily freshly baked - I usually can't wait to taste them! A slice of any of the bread with a little bit of butter or olive oil....just perfect!

The bread here is absolutely amazing. We somehow found them during the Covid lockdown and picking up our bread every week was a bright light that we always looked forward to. Today I had the garlic and rosemary loaf and literally ate half on the way home. There are simply no words to describe how good it was.

Keiran’s passion for the history of bread and making bread that’s delicious is apparent in every loaf; and Kelly’s decades of experience baking chocolate chip cookies for family and family friends, and now, anyone, is clearly an act of love. I highly recommend the rosemary garlic loaf, and have a particular love for the New York Crumb Cake and the seasonal apple cider loaf. Such a great bakery and great people.
