Encountered Kieran at Loveland Aleworks during my birthday trip, and what a wonderfully amazing human he is! The food was fantastic, and the macaroni salad will live in my dreams forever. I cannot recommend this food highly enough as a born and bred southern woman who vacationed frequently in New York as a child. The New York style food is authentic as authentic gets! 10/10. They could’ve just stopped at their signature sourdough but they just kept going with ideas. Try everything that they make! They always put their heart into everything they create. And Kelly and Kieran are the type of business owners you want to support.
I have been regularly buying the Rustic Sourdough, the Dark Rye, the Irish Brown Bread (and other products) at Red Branch Bakery - to the greatest satisfaction! The breads are crusty, tasty, daily freshly baked - I usually can't wait to taste them! A slice of any of the bread with a little bit of butter or olive oil....just perfect!
