Food was good, service was also pretty good considering they were slammed/full.

Atmosphere ding was due to loud environment, not their fault but be aware if it’s packed you’re raising your tone to speak with people at your table.

We ordered to go because it was late and we didn't want to hold them up eating in. I ordered a Keep it Simple Burger with no Cheese and a Gluten Free Bun, some pink in the burger...
What I got was a BURNT patty that had cheese on it, they obviously tried to peel the cheese slice off but failed. (I would add pics if I could)

My Boyfriend's burger was just as burnt. It was terrible. The staff was short with us when we got there. Not a good first impression. We won't be back to that location.

What an experience. Food was good but service was poor from an elderly woman that could barely speak english. Then a young lady claiming to be a manager came to the table to check on us she had about 10 piercings in her face and a blouse cut so low it dipped down in between her breasts and exposed a verticle sword tatoo that rose and was exposed about 5 inches. I thought Red Robin was a family restaurant. I shouldn't have to explain this person to my 6 and 8 year old daughters. We won't be coming back.

Had such a great experience at Red Robin! My server, Angelica, was amazing!! Super friendly, attentive, and fast. The GM also came by to check on us, which was a really nice touch. The food came out quickly and tasted great. The whole staff was upbeat and welcoming. Definitely a 5-star visit!

Messed up my wife’s salad 3 times. She had to get it to go since everyone else finished their dinner. Waitress was great but the lady that brought the food out was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with.

This restaurant is an absolute 0 . My family of 10 arrived at this location at 7:20 pm ,after 15min the server took our order for drinks and bottomless fries . We were actually seated without menus and had to get them ourself. Only 2 fries were brought out to accommodate 10 people. It was 20min before our orders were taken. Meanwhile the temperature in the restaurant was at least 50 degrees, just freezing and with myself and my wife being seniors we had to go out to the car to retrieve jackets. It is also alarming as we had our 3mo old greatgranddaughter with us! I looked around the restaurant and everyone was wearing jackets. After looking at my phone it was 8:30pm and I reached out to the kitchen manager about the temperature and was told that they had no control over it, that it was controlled by corporate, hmmm. At 9:15 pm we finally recieved our orders only to have 6 out of the 10 orders to be burn beyond edebilty. One order was so bad they took it back to be remade. It was the same,,burnt. We finally left the restaurant at 9:50pm. The bill came to 250.00 the next day my daughter and I complained to the GM. I had my daughter take care of this since my wife and I were from out of town. The Gm only offered my daughter a 100 dollar gift certificate for Red Robin. I find that a slap in my face. Bread crumbs to the pigeons I call it. I the proceeded to call corporate, the was on Sep22 and today Oct 6 I haven't heard anything so I called and was told they would reach out to me in 24 to 48 hrs. Hmmmmm!

The management at this Red Robin is top notch! Probably our kids' favorite kid menu in town. Unlimited refills of sides for kiddos, yes please! They actually love the broccoli here. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.

We took our granddaughter there from her birthday. The atmosphere was good but the food two thumbs down. Please by all means stay away the pizza, it's terrible

We went to this Red Robin to celebrate my birthday. Our server was Chad and he did an amazing job! He always made sure we were taken care of. He brought us bottomless fries and salads before we got our entrees and made sure we always had drinks before ours were empty. Really the whole staff was great and made our experience one to remember. Thank you all for your excellent service!
