I haven't been to Rock Bottom in a year or two, and the last few times, the food and service have been awful. Tonight, the food was amazing (burger, chicken sandwich, and fish and chips), but Jayme was simply the best. She was the bartender and only waitress in the bar area, the restaurant side having a 20-30 min wait. She was a one woman tornado of cleaning tables, bringing fresh drinks, and taking/delivering orders. We didn't have to ask or wait for anything other than the food. The food was hot, crispy, fresh and flavorful. The beer was also amazing. I'd say they are definitely stepping up their game again, thankfully. It used to be our favorite place to eat and it looks like it just may be again. Good job Jayme!

We went there on a weekday night, I must say the food tasted great, however, my grandson found a bag clip in his food, the waitress was really flustered and kept forgetting to bring us drinks we had ordered. I must admit the manager was wonderful and genuinely appeared to be concerned, he did say they did not expect it to be as busy as it was, which was a surprise because it wasn’t busy. You’re located in an outdoor shopping mall and it was the Christmas shopping season so I don’t understand.

Marinara sauce, tomato soup, and pizza tasted like burnt rubber and they said it was a “new recipe” which I find hard to beleive! Then one of our meals didn’t get made because they were “out” so they had to make another one and they still got it wrong.. highly disappointed in the cooks, not the waitresses or waiters, but the management and kitchen staff.

We arrived and were told it was a 45 minute wait. We get it, it was busy night and they appeared understaffed but it seemed like every staff member would have preferred if we left.
We asked our waitress to make an adjustment to our order and she seemed frustrated and told us the order had already been input and walked away. When we let the host stand know that we were eating in the bar they were rude as well and it felt like we were being a burden even letting them know.
We totally get how stressful it can be when you are understaffed but a little kindness can go a long way. The service did get better as the night went on.

We've been to other Rock Bottoms; 2 in Illinois and 2 in Denver. We haven't been in a long while so we thought we'd try the one in Loveland located in the Cantera mall.

It was not very busy (4:30 pm) and we were able to easily grab a seat at the bar. There were 2 other couples and 1 employee (off duty) at the bar along with a guy waiting for a few growler fills.

The bartender was super busy with making drinks and it took a few minutes before he got to us. We started with drinks - a house red wine and I ended up with the Rocktober fest beer. The wine was just ok - bottom shelf but drinkable. They were out of their West Coast IPA, out of their Sharks with Hazers hazy IPA, and out of their pale ale. There was one other beer where they couldn't get the tap to work. It's a brewery...how does that happen - how do you run out of so many beers?? The Roctoberfest was average/good but it wasn't even close to a 16oz pour. Way too much foam/head in a glass that might hold 16oz if filled to the very top.

As we sat more people came in and the bartender was super busy with drink orders. It also looked like they were having problems with their tap system and there was one other beer that was not available.

We were long finished with our drinks and ready to order food. The bartender was so busy with drink orders that when he finally got to us, we were frustrated and decided to just pay the bill and leave.

They needed more help there, especially behind the bar. They also need to manage their beer inventory better. We can't speak to the food - didn't want to chance it. Bottom line - we won't be back.

Less than attentive service and food that is on par with sizzler but worse than chilli's. Stick to the brew house if you end up here.

Ate here with a party of 6. Server was polite and friendly. Overall the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The food was poor! One of us ordered a beer that was nothing but foam. Asked the server to change it and he charged us for it anyway! Bbq pulled pork sandwich was cold and fatty, took one bite and decided not to eat. 2 ordered burgers with some pink and both we dry and over cooked. Chicken tenders were dripping in oil from not being drained properly before being served. For $18 you get 4 Chicken Tenders with about 15 Fries! NO THANK YOU! We will not be returning or recommending this place. Hopefully they will do better or close down so a real restaurant can take this place.

The restaurant was so cold that most tables had to wear their coats and put blankets over babies. Our food was cold, and we got no refills on our drinks the whole night. Once we were able to actually talk to the manager on the phone we were denied a refund and offered a gift card for a meal we paid over 68.00 for only to leave not only upset but hungry on account that our hot sandwiches were cold upon arrival at our plates. Was told that the GM named Nick would be calling me, but have yet to hear from him. Check the reviews before paying 20.00 a meal. I'm seeing that this once amazing place has really gone downhill. It's very sad. We likely will not return. 😔

Great food, chicken fried chicken perfect. Carrot cake was huge, even for 4 of us. Will definitely be back.
