Great meal and service. Firecracker shrimp was delicious! Jenna was our server and she was great—super nice, friendly, and on it with drinks. Great place to catch a game!

Super delicious burger and the service was excellent. Excited to eat here again soon.

Husband had jambalaya, said it was good, just a little salty. I had chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes. The chicken was very good, but the potatoes were not very freshly made. Server was excellent, kept my tea filled and with extra ice. I went to the restroom and was VERY pleased. It was clean and smelled nice. The stall doors opened outward which made getting in and out much easier. And they actually had HOT water for washing hands…not only cold like most places. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the prices were a little high. Our bill plus tip came to $92 for just the two of us, and we don’t even drink alcohol. $4.25 for a glass of tea is pretty excessive in my opinion. Would probably return if we come thru that town again.

Monday night ribeye steak is really bad. Sat at the bar and the server spent more time chatting with off duty coworkers than serving customers. I got to hear all about how one of you talked a customer into giving you a good review and how you got a reward from management. Woulda been nice to have a drink while I got to listen to your workplace gossip.

Jenna was our server and did a fantastic job. The food was wonderful, and the drinks were tasty!

Fantastic night excellent food and Jenna was awesome. I never would’ve had the carrot cake if it wasn’t for her. Thank you again.

Jenna was great!! Also the best margarita and chicken strips I’ve ever had in my life.

We had Aidie as our server and she did an amazing job. She mentioned she was new but you wouldn't have been able to tell with how great she was doing. Great service and great food.

Our party of five arrived at 5pm and were seated immediately. We ordered a mozzarella stick appetizer, a hot wings appetizer, beverages, 2 steaks, 2 burgers, and a Mac. All of the food arrived hot and promptly with beverage refills when needed. Kiana did a great job with our orders and suggested some delicious desserts. She was very attentive and a great server . The only mistake was from the kitchen, who sent out a clearly rare steak for one ordered medium - hence the 4 star rating.

I highly recommend this restaurant.

We went to it on the spur of the moment and I ordered a vegetarian burger.

Unfortunately I did not care for it and when I told Kiyawna, our waitress, she was so polite and professional about it.

She told her manager, Nick, who came over to see what the problem was.

They both bent over backwards to resolve the issue showing exceptional customer support that you seldom see today.

We typically don't frequent this restaurant but it has become our new favorite because we appreciate the outstanding customer service we received from Kiyawna and Nick.

I highly recommend going here exceptional customer service is 80% of the dining experience.

Just to let you know my husband loved what he ordered and I loved the parmesan fries.

So their food is also very good, even though I didn't care for one item

Steer clear. Bad service, high prices. Go literally anywhere else.
Watered down drinks, scarce service from staff, served my drink in a dirty glass. You could hear a pin drop it was so dead in there. I'd say it was like a bar more than a restaurant, but that would be an insult to most bars.

Yikes, and yuck! Stay clear of Rock Bottom. $10-$20? More like $50-$60 per person.No host/hostess in sight. Hardly any wait staff. Dirty cups and sticky menus. Took 30 minutes for anyone to take a drink order. No water given(kind of the bare minimum) and even longer to get drinks that for the price charged, had no alcohol evident.
Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else for dinner and drinks. Over priced, absolute nightmare.
