Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery

Went there for dinner and was thoroughly disappointed. Service was horrible. How do you get water with lemon wrong? Food was meh. 1 of 3 dishes ordered seemed to be ok. The fish and chips i guess was good but the chicken fried chichen was well over cooked and there were black burnt spots on the outside. The chicken inside fortunately didnt dry out so it was ok at least. The Bacon cheeseburger was a huge disappointment. They put the lettuce stump on the burger instead on an actual piece of lettce, the burger wasnt warm enough to melt the cheese and the bacon was way overcooked. We would have sent thew food back but didnt want to wait another 30 mins to get food. We tried paying with gift cards that are no longer accepted and when we gave them a HS football coupon they said it was removed and then handed me a full price bill. AGAIN. No reason to ever go back there again for those price and that low quality of food and service. If half a star was an option you would have gotten that. Sad because we used to enjoy this restaurant.

Great resteraunt! The beers here are very tasty and a good price (and with the exception of one that is not discounted for happy hour, they are an even better price during happy hour!). The chicken tenders are the BEST I've had in my LIFE. They are very soft and the breading is thin and light (the kind that you want on fish and chips but never get, because everywhere always makes it too bready). The leftovers were great two days later (almost better cold!?!?!) and I would absolutely shop here again. I got this with buffalo sauce and blue cheese! We also got a serving of the Bavarian pretzel, which was a little more like a garlic bread (keep that in mind). Damien was a good server (although seemed a little surprised that we weren't ordering much). Thanks!!!

The bartender was nice

Food was great! We had the fish and chips and the cajin tacos. Our server Hannah was amazing! She was so on top of things and provided a very positive experience.

Just had to leave because the only acknowledgment we got was the manager dropping menus off, after we sat for 10 min with no employee in sight. Sat and waited long enough to have all of our food and drinks picked out and ready to be ordered. When the server did come out, we didn’t even get a look in our direction until we were walking out the door to take our business somewhere else. Wasn’t even busy at all.

I’m sorry. $19 for something described as the “Southwest Chicken Chopped Salad” which had shredded chicken (not chopped) and bagged iceberg lettuce (also not chopped), put in front of me flat looking nothing g like the picture on the menu is not appetizing or worth the price. Giving two starts for the service only, because our server was pleasant and efficient.
But we won’t be back, this food is 10 degrees below “mid tier” at best, and very expensive. Clearly with the neighbor On The Border closed for some years, and high priced low quality ingredients Rock Bottom is struggling to maintain the high cost of staffing and overhead for such a large footprint.

Wish all the staff well when it inevitably closes.

The house kolsch and red ale were tasting good and we enjoyed the Brewers White Pie and boneless wings with sweet and smokey glaze. Our server Canyon was on point with the quick draft pours whenever we were low.

Great experience! Kanyon was our bartender. He was super friendly and attentive! Highly recommend!

We had the best experience here with Jenna! She went out of her way to adjust a meal for my teenage niece and was just so attentive and friendly. We will return!

Super fun going to Rock Bottom for drinks, food, and incredible service. Kanyon and Jayme are the best. They take time to check in and catch up. They are super attentive and juggle the bar so well! Love it all!

This is actually my favorite place to eat. The pulled pork sliders are my favorite. The brownie dessert was delicious And Conner was AWESOME

What a great experience!! We stopped in with my daughters and their families, including 3 toddlers who were hungry and past their naptime. Kiyauna did an amazing job waiting on us and keeping everything that we and the kids needed. Thank you so very much!! You are awesome!!
