Rubens is the BEST Mexican restaurant/Cantina In Colorado!!! The service is amazing , The Margaritas are excellent, the Salsa has great flavor and spice! The California Burrito and Blancos Tacos are my favs! Def share the burrito it’s huge! This place is a must!!!! Also Cam the bartender and Server is always friendly and a Hard worker.

Kid-friendliness: Good options for the kiddo, chicken tenders were not just frozen junk, they were real chicken and fries were home made. Kiddo actually ate all the chicken first which rarely happens

Start off with incredible staff. From the hostess to server and manager. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. The food arrives very quickly and then you get to indulge in delicious Mexican food. From start to end you will be satisfied! Definitely our new family favorite restaurant. Abraham was amazing at taking care of our table and requests. I highly recommend Ruben’s!

We went here Saturday night, if we judged this place on first impressions we would have left. We waited for a couple minutes to even be greeted by someone. The place wasn't even busy yet. Once we were greeted it was like we were an inconvenience to the girl she was so rude she just stood there staring at us like we should be welcoming her not her welcoming us. She walked us to our table and dropped the menus and walked off. Nothing more... The drinks and food were amazing and covered up for their poor hostess! My family is not a fan of Mexican food but said they would eat there again!
