This location has incredible customer service. The group of teens taking and filling orders at the counter were very polite and friendly. Our order was delivered quickly and it was exactly what we wanted. Great place and love the service.
Last three times i've been here.They mess up my food every single time just stopped in tonight, I told them what I wanted.Leave the drive through start driving home go to eat my food and once again, they cannot listen.Got a sandwich that has tomato on it.Lettuce on it mayo onion and no Buffalo sauce, when all I asked for was a grilled Chicken Sandwich with Buffalo sauce only tired of going to places like this that hire people with no common sense i can't understand basic english and can't follow simple directions

Runza is a Nebraska Staple, the King of fast food. If you have never been there before it may seem a little weird at first. But you would be so wrong. Delicious roll filled with meat, onions, cabbage, cheese and absolutely delicious. THE CRINKLE CUT FRIES….are better than McDonalds, better than BK, better than In-N-Out, better than Sonic. They’re the best. GO BIG RED!

Decent place for a quick bite. I like the crinkle cut fries and the kids love the inexpensive twist ice cream cones. During the colder months, the cinnamon roll and chili is tough to beat.

Their food really isn’t that good. Tried them a couple times for the first time. I tried their original runza sandwich first. It was a little smaller than expected. The size of my hand. And the inside was doughy. In my mind I’m like “this is the sandwich that got them started?” So I thought I’d give their burgers a try next time I came. It was the size of my palm and didn’t taste very good to me. All their food reminds me of those frozen meals you get at a grocery store and it’s never cooked right. Their lemonade refresher tasted very artificial and gave me a headache, only drank 1/3 of it. The only thing good was their ice cream.
