No complaints 👌. 2 meat plate . Brisket/Ribs . Potato salad . All great . Pinto beans, I'm not a huge fan of it, but I try them out sometimes, and theirs was ok , I did add some BBQ sauce and made it better for my taste . They weren't bad , I'm just picky 🤷. Good sliced pickles, too . 😋. I would go back again just to try other menus items . I'm not a local but a truck driver from Dallas, TX. The BBQ doesn't need sauce, but it's a nice addition . Good grades of meats are served . 👍

I come here multiple times a week, always great service and quality. Today, I got a 1 meat plate that was already spot on, but the team went out of their way to give me a fresh cut of pork after I already had my food. Love this place!

Overall Rating and is it worth a visit: 8/10 and Yes. Sitting almost directly in the middle between Loveland & Fort Collins, Serious Texas B-B-Q sits on a large property and building, with great views of the surrounding Front Range Mountains, and a great outdoor patio area with a mini waterfall and space for your furry friends. Very much a Texas style interior, with corrugated steel along the walls and large wooden tables for dining, with red metal fold-up chairs. While the BBQ is okay overall, the setting and views give them some extra points towards being worth a recommendation. A cool place for Colorado BBQ where you can have a great view of the Front Range, enjoy some good food next to a running hardscape waterfall, and can bring along your dog for the patio seating. Decent place to eat if you like cafeteria style food. It's definitely overpriced. It's a really cool atmosphere. It's nice to be able to serve yourself.But at the same time, it would be a much better atmosphere if it was an actual dinner with waiters.

Probably the blandest, coldest but still hot at the same time food. This is what I imagine an underfunded jail serves to inmates to punish them a little more.
The brisket was cold but the Hormel chili in a cup was piping hot. Cheesy potatoes? It was a giant fused ball of potato coated with cheese that was so hard you could break a windshield with it.
The staff were nice and pleasant though.
The price for the 1 meat plate wasn't worth it and the best taste from the whole meal was the fountain drink.
If you want some of the most okayest "Texas style" BBQ available, bring the whole family here.
