Got my food decently fast!

This is the worse location.. every time I am here I have a horrible customer service experience. Last week I came by during normal business hours at 3pm and was told “we are closed for the next 20 minutes because we need to catch up”. I work in customer service and food and I understand being busy and short staffed but have never closed mid day during normal business hours because of it. Sometimes you get busy and it sucks but why would you turn away business/ sales? I have had multiple others times where I will sit and wait at the drive thru for 15-20 mins before someone will even acknowledge me or take my order. If you can’t take my order right then that’s fine, but a simple “hello, be with you in just a minute/ few minutes” would be satisfactory. I have started going to the drive in stalls because the drive thru takes so long every time. I went to a stall today and was told “we are only doing drive thru” which I try to avoid only because the customer service / wait times are so bad. I have had multiple employees be rude/ unfriendly to me. It feels like these employees just make up their own rules, close down the store whenever they feel like it, and couldn’t care less about customer service. Who is managing during these times? I don’t know ..but both of the other Loveland locations have FAR superior customer service and always take care of me in a timely matter. I am not sure if this is a staffing issue or management issue but whoever owns this establishment should make a change to fix it. I do not want to give my business or money to this location anymore as I constantly leave feeling frustrated.

They’re always laughing at this Sonic, and the joke is on the consumer! STAY AWAY unless you’re a glutton for being ignored, disrespected and generally treated as if you’re breaking up their after school party. You wait 20 minutes for the corn dogs to get done only to be given fries instead of tater tots after you’re told emphatically that the order comes with tater tots! Just a laugh I tell ya! Hire some people who can speak legibly, who aren’t just hanging out and who want to get things right. Better yet, just close down!

Worst experience we've had to date. Ordered 4 burgers wirh ketchup. 2 with cheese 2 without. Get the food, all 4 with cheese. Fry oil definitely needs changed. Fries taste way oily and consistency is straight crunch like they've been refried who knows how many times. Lady taking order was rude and the lady who handed us the food seemed very fed up. Won't be back to this location.

Worst sonic in the state of Colorado! Terrible employees terrible management. Honestly this is the sonic from hell. Don’t go here unless you want terrible food and even worse service!

Sonic is one of the most convenient places I can go to so I go a lot. But this location specifically has me so enraged I’m fed up. I constantly fight with them. They have literally cussed me out over nerds THAT I DID ORDER. The GM (the one with blue hair) has it coming to her. They have the worst attitude and absolutely no work ethic. NONE. I’ve gotten expired mayo packets that was literally brown and chunky. I’ve gotten drinks that were flat and had no ice as if it’s been sitting for hours and then just given out. I ask for extra sauce and tomatoes and tell me why they have put like 5 tomatoes on my burger before and the sauce looks like they dumped half the bottle just on the wrapper alone to be petty. And I’ve had this happen through the app, in person, and on DoorDash. And if something doesn’t change (especially with the blue haired one) I’ll call whoever the heck I need to to get this sorted. She’s the most disrespectful and laziest person I’ve ever witnessed. The cussing my friend out over something we did ask for 3 times at the drive thru was insane. And all anyone does is hang out on their phones and talk then have the nerve to act inconvenienced when asked for anything. Even if I’m the only one at the establishment at the time. This is so crazy. Also not to mention nothing even works there. (Especially the people).

Their french fries are so good on their own, they don't need a condiment. (That's good, because in your car there's really no place to squeeze their little packets onto. They need Whataburger or Chick-Fil-A style ketchup.) My footlong chili cheese dog was quite tasty. The woman who brought our order was genuinely friendly, asked if we needed anything else, and promptly brought what we asked for. So what's not to like? The whole idea of eating in your car, for one thing. Tiny stalls that, if you're close enough to order from the kiosk, totally prevent you from opening your door. And speaking of kiosks, most of the ones I personally observed had broken video and/or broken audio. Sonic, if this is gonna be your business, you MUST keep those kiosks in good condition!

They need severe help but they're speaker system. Most of their speakers are crackling and you can't hear but service employees were wonderful and I like their fries.

I love Sonic and worked at one as a teenager.

This is the worst Sonic restaurant I’ve visited. Go there maybe once a year and every time the speed of service is anything but “sonic”. Frequently mess up orders as well. Today I ordered and paid for a Supersonic Cheeseburger; received a cheeseburger instead. Go to the Sonic location on the south end of town instead.

As I'm ordering, employee repeatedly said she couldn't hear me. Speaker system is ancient. But she was able to get my order I believe and I sat there for about 10 minutes didn't hear from her or anyone in regards to my order so I went somewhere else.

Pt 2. If you ever need a little disappointment in your life this is a place to go. Order my food, tater tots were cold quarter pound burger patties we're about to stand as paper, and their "grilled cheese" is just toasted bread with cheese in the middle
