I will never go to the Loveland sonics on w 45th Street. The manager Sandra Orosco. Very rude and disrespectful and very discriminative towards the young kids that work there and don't speak Spanish. My son use to work there until she came along and cut his hours down to 3 hours a month and then says that he can't work cause he is underage mind you he is 17 but she does higher her children working there that are also in highschool working after school. To top it off. I've been there so many times and she is always leaving with bags and bags of food. There has been incidents when my son has been working with her and she orders 100 dollars worth of food and writes it off before her shift is over. So what kind of manager is that running a business like that. Shutting down the store to have parties there at that store using and cooking there while people thought it was open and told no were close for a staff party. Hope the owner sees this and puts a stop to it. She schedules my son and then takes his hours away and don't give him a heads up until he shows up for work. He was trying to make his little money to learn to be responsible. My family and I use to always go there until Sandra the manger came on and it has gone down to poor service.

I waited for ten minutes to place my order and no one ever answered the buzzer. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I will.not be giving them a 4rth opertunity. Customer service is crap. I went to the sonic on Horsetooth next to Ft Colli s high school wich seems to be run by teenagers with mature work ethics. They were fantastic. Loveland Sonic is ran by idiots that don't care about customers at all.

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and no one answered. So I went to the parking speaker, pressed the order button, and no one answered. Who's running this business?! I will never be back to this location. They need to shut this location down.

Worst Sonic ever. Miserably managed and understaffed. You will wait forever and you may or may not get the right order. Better off driving across town.

So tired of fast food joints saying the food is ready and on it's way and then taking another ten minutes to make it. They're lying to the customer in order to make it appear in the system that they're faster than they are. They don't even pretend like good customer service matters anymore.

I don't usually do negative reviews but here it is.
Went to get a Cherry Limeade and a snack. When I pulled into the stall, the "red button activated" was already on, (that shoulda been my first sign) I pushed it again anyway. No response. Waited a bit more than 15 minutes. The people in the stall next to me told me that they have been waiting for 30 minutes. I wait a little longer and decided to try the drive thru. No one came on the speaker to take my order, so after 5 minutes, so I left. I can be patient if someone would communicate with me. I do not know how y'all are staying open! This happens EVERY time I come to this location. What's the deal?!?!

Broken stall screens, order took forever, not correct order and wrong size drink, tried to charge twice, popcorn chicken was room temperature and stale. Was hoping for better under new management, but definitely not.
