5-Star Review for Sergio (11/15 at 6:33 PM – Loveland, CO, 45th Street Location) I just have to give HUGE recognition to Sergio. Tonight the store was busy and he was working completely by himself. Even with a long line, he handled everything with patience, professionalism, and incredible work ethic. I don’t know why he was the only one on shift, but he managed it all — and honestly, wow. Employees like him deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Sergio, for giving exceptional service under pressure!

My nephew and I waited behind another car for 20 minutes for one kids meal. The car in front of me only got three drinks and waited 20 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous

Waited for the screen for about 5 minutes, decided it must not be working. Pulled into the drive through waited about 12 minutes to order and waited about 8 minutes for food once at window. Truck behind me left BFR getting their food. Will not be going back to this location.

I had to go to 3 different stalls to get an answer and it took 15 minutes. I ordered the Oreo Iced Coffee and they gave me a plain iced coffee with the ice mostly melted and the food was cold.

Always slow, always messes every item up somehow. How does it take 30 minutes to make 3 drinks and also forget major components of them? Honestly the convenience of location isn't worth it, you'd be better off going to Dutch Bro's, Scooter's, or up the street to Freddy's.

The employees are very nice but the last few times I've gone I'll order a chicken bite meal and they give me one sauce. They need to learn how to give out more sauce with these meals, it isn't enjoyable eating 2/3rds of my chicken bites without any sauce.

The franchise owner just needs to shut this place down. Dilapated drive in, no working screens, awful employees, slushie machine thats chronically broken. Horrible place, with clearly no management.
