After waiting for an entire hour for our food, our waitress came to our car without our food and told us our card didn’t go through although it did (I verified). We were refused our food until we paid a second time and waitress wanted to take my card into the restaurant and re-run it. Person looked sketchy and it was pretty late at night so we left. I didn’t get a response from the manager when I called the next day (also called the corporate office) and was never issued a refund. I had to wait 4 months for my bank to credit me back.

I waited in line for over 15 minutes in the drive thru and all I had ordered was the new chocolate strawberry shake that they had pictured on the menu. I was told they only had sizes mini or large which was weird but I went ahead and ordered the large. I literally am posting pics of what I ordered vs what I got. It’s despicable to say the least. I questioned the man at the window why it didn’t have chocolate whipped cream like the photo showed and he said “oh yeah, no” …. Like what the hell kid of answer is that?! So I drove off and went to the sonic by Denver avenue and they very friend and quickly replaced my shake with the correct version of what it should have looked like and also explained all sizes are optional, not just mini and large. What a waste of time this sonic is. It’s been bad for years… wondering why it’s still open at this point.

I used to like Sonic. Now I am so put off by the thought of having to go there just to sit in line for waaay too long and to still be disappointed With the food and service by the time I finally do get it. Now when deciding where to grab a quick bite Sonic is talked about as if it's already dead and gone because it only lives in my memories as a place I used to eat. I won't ever eat at Sonic. Especially this one on 47th.

This location would be better off shut down. Service is questionable, the stalls are always shut down so there's no other option but drive through. They forget stuff every single time. It always takes forever. Whoever runs the loveland sonics needs to make some serious adjustments.

All I ordered was 2 slushes and the guy with neck tattoos and I think blond hair who was running the drive through was either mentally slow or on drugs because he wasn’t understanding anything the slushes were first not a slush at all just ice and the wrong flavor of drink so we had him remake the slush which took 15 mins after he told us to pull into a spot there was only 1 car in the drive through so they definitely weren’t busy so I went back through the drive through and looked like he had completely forgot about our drinks then gave us the wrong drinks again which were undrinkable tasted like pure syrup

I’m so sick of fast food being too expensive the the food not good. Went there last night ordered a double burger. Got home and the bun was so hard all around that I couldn’t eat it. The burger part was actually very good. Also ordered cheese sticks. No sauce in the bag when I got home. My fault for not checking for the sauce but I usually don’t have to check the buns. Come on people,whoever made this burger knew it was not good and sent it out anyway.

Arrived at 11am and after waiting some time and realizing we were the only ones there thought, “Hmm maybe our bay’s order button isn’t working let’s move to another one.” Move to the other one after waiting for 25 minutes, hit the new order button still no customer service. Now we see 2 cars going through the drive-thru so decide to get in line there.The female employee who got on the speaker to take our order was rude and exuding a very negative attitude. I am all for understanding that bad days happen so I remained kind in my tone while ordering trying to have empathy for the employee, but her attitude, rude demeanor and realizing we were being ignored when hitting the order buttons was too heavy to push through. We ended up driving away and leaving at 11:40. This was truly one of the worst fast food experiences we’ve ever had. After 40 minutes of giving grace and being patient I couldn’t be a patron at a place that won’t even take your order at the parking spots and then treats you badly for ordering at the drive-thru. There was only 2 cars in front of us in the drive-thru and no other cars at all while we sat and waited after the first time we hit the order button. I hope you are all able to find adequate staffing to make everyone happy, but today was not that.

Waited for 30 minutes in the drive through for two shakes with only one car in front of me.UPDATE 1/11/2024 - After boycotting this terrible restaurant for 6 years, I decided to give it another chance. BIG MISTAKE. Food has actually gotten worse service hasn't improved. NEGATIVE TWO STARS.

Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Person taking order at drive through was very short and sounded annoyed with her job, everything took forever to come out, drinks were wrong, got home and realized I was missing food… overall very frustrating experience.

No idea what is wrong with this place. Sat at the drive through speaker for 4 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement. Had only 2 cars at the window when I gave up and drove off.Not sure who manages or owns this one but they should be ashamed.Will contact Corp.Do NOT go here. This has happened MULTIPLE times. I keep going back because it is close, I love the drinks, and I keep hoping something will change. I guess I'm the dumb one that should be ashamed.Do NOT go here.

This sonic is terrible!!!!! i’ve had so many tragic experiences with this specific location. everytime i place an order online, i don’t get it until 30 WHOLE MINUTES LATER! i went into the sonic, and my order was sitting on the counter prepared, but no one wanted to deliver. ABSOLUTE BULL. the manager was sleeping in her CAR. UH UH HONEY. not this one.
