I watched 4 cars arrive after me and get served first. I watched three people come into the store after me and be served before me. I've been waiting 20 minutes for a single cup of coffee. Not coming back.
Update, my venti frappe wasn't really a frappe. It wasn't thick like all the other starbucks. I didn't get the extra ingredients I asked and paid for either. Just a completely unpleasant experience for the first time ever at a Starbucks. This was my first time at this location.

I ordered a Venti Matcha iced latte with 6 scoops of Matcha. This is the drink I ALWAYS order from Starbucks. I received my drink and the Matcha was all chunky and not incorporated like it usually is. I pointed this out to the young lady who handed out the drink to me. She said that there was not much she can do, new Matcha and new Matcha machine was to blame. I said that I would like my drink to be made over. In the meantime....My daughter orders the same drink as I do but adds Vanilla to her Matcha Latte my daughter's drink came out perfect. The young lady at the drive thru register was very argumentative and seemed to lie about why my first drink was powdery and groose looking. She did not offer to make it right, I had to insist that Starbucks does not serve Matcha drinks that look like the one she gave me. Finally she conceded and had my drink made again. A very disappointing visit.

The new straws suck everytime I get a coffee here the straw breaks in half! Love the coffee but go back to the old straws!

When Summer is working it’s always a good time at Starbucks. She’s knows the exact measurements of ingredients that go into every drink and she can suggest something for you if you can’t make your mind! Guaranteed she is going to get it right in a swift manner and with a bright smile. Way to go Starbucks! I spend an evening here almost every week to get some "me" time. I get a drink and something for dinner and sit and read for an hour or so. This location is always spotless and the staff are always friendly and kind. My only complaint would be the music is usually a little too loud to tune out, but that's what buds are for, and it's probably good for people having private conversations.
