Why have the the staff on lunch breaks at 9:20 in the morning? There's no one working at 9:00 in the morning? Who is running this store? Do you have any idea how much money just walked away from this location? That was a really stupid move on your part.. The other location is on a street torn up by construction. You guys suck man..
Edit-tried to go back at 10:00 and the line is insane. No coffee today.. I hope that huge line stresses you all out and makes your day awful. You did that to yourselves.

Last night I ordered a latte and on the way there I had to turn around and take my dog to the emergency vet because they got stung by a scorpion. Today I went to go pick up a coffee and I wanted to apologize because I don’t like wasting peoples time and so I said that I was sorry for having someone make coffee that was never picked up. They were very sympathetic and they gave me a free coffee. Furthermore, every time I’ve gone here, the coffee is always been hot and good. The food has always been delicious and sometimes there could be a line but that’s not their fault. Also 10/10 pup cups

Always have an easy time getting in and out here. People behind the counter are always kind to us and make the drinks quickly. Never disappointed by the quality of the drink or the experience getting it.

Good assortment of drinks. The pastries are yummy and the protein boxes are great if you need a quick snack.Most of the staff are willing to help with any questions or concerns that you might have. Overall it's a nice and quick place to go for a fast pick me up during the day.
