Haven’t had a bad experience with this location until I spent 30 dollars on a mobile and accidentally dropped one of my drinks. I went back through the drive through and got a new one but was still charged. I understand charging if it was the entire order, but it isn’t good customer service because accidents happen. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I will not return to the Starbucks, I was in there yesterday at the drive-through ordered a tall caramel macchiato Frappuccino no whip cream got up to the window was handed a caramel macchiato Frappuccino with tons of whip cream. Of course I reminded her, and she says oh I forgot, I will give you the next size up free. She didn’t give us the next size up free. I believe she just scrapes the whipped cream off and handed me the same Frappuccino. This is happened twice within the last month as I said I will not return. To Dutch Brothers, I will go. Where they respect me enough to get my order right!

Tired of paying such a high price for them to make wrong every time. I don’t pay for ice I pay for coffee and when I ask for light ice I get extra. I won’t hurt if you lose me as a customer but this is ludicrous to pay so much for a damn coffee to get wrong or just not care.can’t show the picture of the item either. Very unhappy customer

Alwaaaaays caters to drive thru. I was there a week ago and 9 cars were served before me.. I ordered after one person when I walked in. I almost cried wanting to speak up for being forgotten.. for the 12th time.

Not ALL of us have cars to drive thru. Cater to EACH order, in order as they come in? Wtf.

Not bad for a Starbucks. They are about the same as every other location. Careful of the parking lot, it is a bit right and people don't look out for cars backing up

Wow, what an unfortunate experience. Five baristas + one couple waiting for drinks and not one person acknowledged us for several minutes. They didn't have coffee brewed, but didn't tell us when we ordered that we'd be waiting for them to brew more. When the coffee was finally ready, they set it on the counter and didn't call our name. We had to ask if that was ours and the barista looked confused and just said, "yeah."

We ordered one drink kids' temp and it was so hot they had to double cup it plus a sleeve. The couple waiting for a drink before us had to ask at the counter what had happened and STILL hadn't gotten their single drink before we left. TERRIBLE.

Went in to figure out why a gift card I was given was showing a zero balance when it had never been used before. The manager was no help, so the money paid for the card & time/energy trying to figure out why when I tried to load the brand new gift card to my app was showing a zero balance. This is why people stop spending at businesses, and customer retention is lost. If she had even tried to help me figure out what was happening, this review wouldn't be necessary.
