P.S. I think most of us In the comment section can agree posting non-consensual pictures that bully/harass service workers and not addressing the issues with management first is highly immature and unacceptable??. Thank you.

I mobile order and everytime I go through the line, the sweetest lady is at the window and always brightens my day. I wish I knew her name and could tell her how long her kindness goes. Whenever I’m having a bad day, I look forward to her smiling face and demeanor.

What the heck guys? All the employees are on the phone. They had to make a fresh pot of coffee. I offer to wait. I am the only customer here, and, instead of tell me, or bring it to me. They put it down and leave it there. After checking the counter 3 times. Somebody finally says "I put it over here... I called it out". Called it out? Clearly I didn't know. I've been sitting here. It's barely warm now.
