I went to eat here for lunch and the service I got was very good very professional every one was super nice and helpful with recommendations this is my preferred subway location

Stopped by this 1709 W. Eisenhower location yesterday to use a card that expired at the end of the day for a free 6" sub. After I had 2 sandwiches made and went to the register, the new owner was standing there and told me that the offer is no longer accepted at that location since she bought the store a couple months ago. I showed her that the store address was printed on the card along with other valid store addresses and that it expires today, and asked if she would accept it in good faith. She said no, I'm sorry! Well, Apology not accepted. I should have just left the 2 sandwiches laying on the counter and walked out, but I chose to take the high road and pay the ridiculous price of $17.59 for 2 6-inch subs. I was even giving them another sale in addition to the free sandwich. They have a couple great staff members at this location that I really like but the new owner is a piece of work and ruins the experience for everyone. We frequent this location especially during the summer months but, the greed of this new owner and her refusal to honor this coupon made this our final visit to this store. Will likely avoid Subway in it's entirety due to extreme pricing as well. Oh, and by the way, one of our subs was less than 6" (Just sayin). We won't be back!"

Ordered 3 footlong, bread was not toasted but it was very hard on all three. 7 year had hard time eating. Had pepper poured out on all three footlongs, wanted some not the whole shaker! Same goes for salt! Bronco night and Cameo wanted me to bring subs back in for a redo…. Subway is getting pretty bad when can not prepare correctly on bread, salt and pepper! Manager is part of problem didn’t want to do any refund partial or any!!! App sucks also maybe management should learn how to manage!

Been here multiple times in person for the lunch time and usually have a decent experience. Tonight is not the case. I took the chance and ordered via the app and trusted it for pickup. Boy was I wrong. Got home and opened the bag to 2 'Toasted' Footlongs freezing cold. Clearly on the receipt it says to toast the items, usually I wouldn't be upset if it was a cold sandwich, but unheated cold chicken is just diabolical. Not to mention that one of the subs was a veggie delight with 'extra' lettuce that came with enough to maybe put on a kids subs spread thin. It's literally a Veggie. . . How you skimp on the veggies. Sad sad night, I really liked this location. I attempted calling to just ask if I could come back and they refused to answer the phone. (They picked up and hung up immediately 3 times) This was Saturday, November 9th around 7pm.

Middle of the lunch rush, line 4 or 5 customers deep one person working and at least 2 in the back hiding. One even came out to grab a knife, looked at all of us waiting, smiled and walked back into the back. Heard laughing and giggling seconds later. Won't be coming here again. Lazy workers, unnecessary wait. DO BETTER!

By far the best Subway experience in Loveland. Lady at the counter is always so friendly and the store is always super clean. I go out of my way to come to this one.

I don't much care about the atmosphere. I am more about the service. There is a woman here who goes above what is expected. When a person sees a customer walk in and immediately knows what they want, that is service. She is always nice and service oriented. My daughter is always saying that she hopes she is at work. Rob Woodward make the right move and put this one in charge at this location. Then have her go do some District Manager training.

I got home and opened my sandwich and discovered the bread was totally dried out. I tried to call the store and got no answer. What a huge disappointment. Took the fillings out and ate them without the bread. Had I wanted a carb free meal I wouldn't ordered one.
