I guess the economy must be hurting subway in Loveland because we ordered 2 kids meals, a 6” turkey and foot long cold cut. When I got the food through the drive thru The 6” sub was packaged in mangled white bread like they pushed it down. The toppings we wanted were negligently at best and when we looked at the sandwich it was just a small bit bigger than the kids sandwich.

I went in to tell the staff first off they forgot my wife’s cookies and the. Again about the small sandwich and how badly put together it was. The staff was not caring at all. They said if the bread has an end on it, it’s 6”. News flash: you can have an end on bread and cut it shorter than 6”.

We got ripped off. Stay away from this subway at all cost.

Jessica is always so friendly and welcoming. I go in about once per week. She keeps the area clean and is able to be polite to the next person in line if I hold things up (I have lupus and arthritis). Jessica is helpful to me.

It was great to walk into an exceptional CLEAN restaurant. Jesica at store #2010 was so nice and friendly. She makes awesome sandwiches. This location is our favorite, because of the cleanliness and staff.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt that I need to do it this time. I have never been more disappointed on a meal.

On June 18, 2025, we placed an ordered ahead of time to same time at the Subway location on 29th St. It was a special event, thinking Subway would be the way to go and it is a few blocks from work.

I knew we were in trouble when two coworkers walked in a the first comment was oh s_ _ _ I just dropped a big order request in the water this is coming from an employee behind the counter this was at 12:45PM.

When the order was finally filled the sub sandwiches were wrapped in the subway outer wrap, because they were out normal white paper that the sandwiches is first wrapped in. This caused quite a mess with sandwiches because everything started to leak through the single subway logo . It was a mess.

None of the sandwiches were marked as to what each sandwich was, every sandwich had to be unwrapped and laid out to see what the sandwich was.

12 Subway customers just so you're clear 29th Street Subway management does not care about their employees or the customers in fact they refused to hire back employees who were 100% devoted to the job if you know guy then you know what the real subway experience was but Subway doesn't care about your experience and they don't care about their customers it will lie to you overcharge you and treat you like garbage so anybody who was wondering if 29th Street Subway will have a guy or any old employee back who did nothing but respect the company and almost end up in an institution for them they do not care do not give them your business unless you feel like being robbed

I came in for a sandwich for lunch tomorrow. They were busy had two sandwiches in front of me one worker was cleaning the other was making the sandwiches. I appreciate the guy making the food for his cleanliness. He cashed out the couple in front of me turned washed his hands and put new gloves on. I know this is procedure but a lot of employees seem to overlook that when they are in a rush. Very clean thank you!

I'll admit, yesterday I started a bad review that posted before I could correct the information, so allow me to now. My original order was scarce and poorly made. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that the food I received was not only correct in portion size but she went out of her way to make sure I continue to dine here. Good food, amazing customer service, a willingness to grow and learn from mistakes. Thank You Subway and Jessica! I'll keep coming back.
