I'll admit, yesterday I started a bad review that posted before I could correct the information, so allow me to now. My original order was scarce and poorly made. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that the food I received was not only correct in portion size but she went out of her way to make sure I continue to dine here. Good food, amazing customer service, a willingness to grow and learn from mistakes. Thank You Subway and Jessica! I'll keep coming back.

Just stopped by this 1709 W. Eisenhower location to use a card that expires today for a free 6" sub. After I had 2 sandwiches made and went to the register, the new owner was standing there and told me that the offer is no longer accepted at that location since she bought the store a couple months ago. I showed her that the store address was printed on the card along with other valid store addresses and that it expires today, and asked if she would accept it in good faith. She said no, I'm sorry! Well, Apology not accepted. I should have just left the 2 sandwiches laying on the counter and walked out, but I chose to take the high road and pay the ridiculous price of $17.59 for 2 6-inch subs. I was even giving them another sale in addition to the free sandwich. They have a couple great staff members at this location that I really like but the new owner is a piece of work and ruins the experience for everyone. We frequent this location especially during the summer months but, the greed of this new owner and her refusal to honor this coupon made this our final visit to this store. Will likely avoid Subway in it's entirety due to extreme pricing as well. Oh, and by the way, one of our subs was less than 6" (Just sayin). We won't be back!

1st, I wanna give a shout-out to the young man who served us tonight (12/27) at around 630pm.. I can't remember his name but he was tall with long dark hair..
He was very polite,, sociable,, patient and professional..
He alone gets 5 stars 🌟
Now for the store... This store is always very clean and well stocked and always has all the breads,, meats and toppings that we want whereas all the other stores in town are constantly out of particular breads and toppings...
This is by far our favorite store to come to..

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options

Parking: Lots of easy to get to parking spots available

Kid-friendliness: Our daughter is 18 but autistic and this store was very accommodating..

This is the best Subway store in Loveland. We have never had a bad experience here. It’s clean, and the employees are awesome. They are always smiling, very kind, and easy to talk too. They listen well to the things we want on our sandwiches.

This is the worst subway. Every time I come here they are out of ingredients and wheat bread. Also i order ahead so I don't have to wait in line and not once has my sandwich been ready bc they don't have the ingredients. Won't come back. I honestly can't believe this location has been in business as long as it has been.

I used to come almost everyday for lunch. Came today for the first time in a couple weeks and the place was so dirty. The guy working was sitting at a table on his phone and acted like it was an inconvenience to get up and help me. Didn’t even say hello or anything. I don’t know if I will be going back…

This Subway is an absolute freaking joke. I placed an order for two subs online. It said they were being prepared and then ready. When I walked in to pick them up, the place looked like absolute garbage with toppings everywhere. The guy behind the counter proceeds to tell me they are completely out of bread and asked if I would like flatbreads or just cancel my order. He then told me it's upper managements fault. I cancelled my order and have no idea when I will see my refund. A call would have been nice so I didn't waste my time going all the way over there.
