Got a couple things to note. I’m not one for leaving a review. However.
The guy working tonight was high on weed so much so that it took an HOUR to get 3 sandwiches and 2 of them were 6 inch subs. I don’t usually care all that much. But this dude had to take 10 years.
There was no music playing. Not really an issue I guess but with the guy high and not making eye contact it made it hard to not laugh at him. And I’m not trying to be mean.
He also has no clue what is going on. Has no clue how to wrap a sandwich. It’s not that hard. I know I don’t work there but I can wrap a damn sandwich.
And the bathroom toilet wasn’t flushed. I didn’t use the bathroom however my mom did.

I love subway, I even have the app, I came in today to get a sandwich with my boyfriend, and she was extremely rude. She asked me what type of sandwich I wanted, so I said I was going to make a custom because no one has ever asked that to me before. She repeated the same question and when I didn't understand very rudely said what meat. She put five pieces of onion on, and when she wrapped up my sandwich my bread wasn't fully covered, and she crunched it, so now I can barely pick it up and it is so crumbly. And just to let her know I said I also have a Subway number so it didn't get skipped, and she was again rude and said wait for me to ring it up. Even my boyfriend looked at me like what reason does she have to be rude? Again I come to Subway often and this was the first experience like this, I'm shocked of the service I received and it wasn't even busy only me and my boyfriend in the store.

You guys really need to have 2 people working. I was in there for 15 minutes total, 1 young girl working. I just needed 2 sandwiches 1 plain turkey and ham no cheese not toasted no veggies nothing. She did try to cut me off for an online order after already waiting in line for 8 minutes. I told her I had a few minutes to get my kiddo from school so she proceeded to help me first which i appreciated. But she was very slow and stressed she couldn't multi task. My 2nd sandwich was a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich she didn't give me enough chicken and spread the little bit of chicken she did give me into my footlong it upset me but at this point what choice did I have. I also wanted it toasted but because she was slow I had her skip that part. I left paying $25 for 2 mediocre sandwiches. Won't be back again.

Went to subway store 2010, pretty late, for some dinner and Micah helped us out, he was great, very friendly, personable.
Its always refreshing when people have a great attitude. Should be recognized!!

Jonathan did a really great job with helping us , even after a rude old man started talking crap and treating him like crap , he kept his cool and said nothing he went about bein the only person working !! 5 stars forsure mannn deserves a raise

I am not one to write a review for a big chain restaurant, but I just had to for this place! We stopped in for lunch and I always order tuna, and as always that was good, but what made the difference was Matt! What a cool human, with such amazing energy! If everyone had his positive attitude and caring energy, the world would be a different place! Thanks for putting an unexpected smile on our face!! Give Matt a raise!!!

This place has $6.99 footlong Tuesdays This staff was nice and very quick. I was able to feed myself twice off this meal for 10 bucks

They have drastically improved their service and quality since my last visit. My only complaint is the Guilt Trip tip suggestion all Subways have added to the card machine. I generally avoid subway now because of it.

I was really disappointed with how my Ultimate B.M.T. was prepared at this location. It was missing several key ingredients—barely any pickles or lettuce, no cheese, no black olives, and no vinaigrette. The extra meat was skimpy, and the pepperoni completely overwhelmed the balance of the sandwich. I considered returning it, but the drive just wasn’t worth it. This experience fell far below expectations.

I am a frequent customer at subway restaurants and with that said, I must say that the subway on 29th St in Loveland is hands down THE BEST! ALWAYS, the best looking veggies, always very clean and the service is unmatched! Last time I was in, a lady named Jessica helped me and she was great in suggesting new things to try! She was friendly and upbeat! This is my favorite subway to dine at!!

I am leaving a 1 star because their online ordering is Awful!!!! I have ordered online maybe 3 times and the 1st time was great the last 2 time was so bad! Not only did they mess up the topping I’m pretty sure they use old bread for the online orders. If you go In and order it’s always fresh so I really don’t understand this. I can deal with a missing topping but when your bread crumbles everywhere it’s very messy and unappetizing!!!! Please use FRESH bread for online orders too we are paying the same price whether it’s online or going inside!
I guess the economy must be hurting subway in Loveland because we ordered 2 kids meals, a 6” turkey and foot long cold cut. When I got the food through the drive thru The 6” sub was packaged in mangled white bread like they pushed it down. The toppings we wanted were negligently at best and when we looked at the sandwich it was just a small bit bigger than the kids sandwich.
I went in to tell the staff first off they forgot my wife’s cookies and the. Again about the small sandwich and how badly put together it was. The staff was not caring at all. They said if the bread has an end on it, it’s 6”. News flash: you can have an end on bread and cut it shorter than 6”.
We got ripped off. Stay away from this subway at all cost.
