Older lady that works at this location might need to call 988, because she obviously dislikes her life working cash register at a subway. I mean I'll look the other way and whatever happens, happens. But I'd fire her, before she no calls no shows because she didn't use the hotline.

MY STEPFATHER GAVE THE CASHIER A $20 AND THEY CLAIM HE GAVE THEM A $5 AND SO THEY SHORTED HIM $15. HE ASKED THEM TO LOOK AT THE CAMERAS AND IT WAS INCONCLUSIVE AND HAVE REFUSED TO REPAY HIM THE $15. SERIOUSLY? NEXT WEEK WE ARE CONTACTING CORPORATE IF THEY DO NOT RESOLVE THIS.

And this is not about the money - this is about trust and doing the right thing. My stepfather is a conscientious man on a fixed income and a regular customer.

I ordered through the app and my sandwiches were wrapped and waiting for me… so convenient, except they were completely different from what I ordered. Maybe when they make a sandwich wrong, they put it in the next online order? … The one I ate was fresh and tasty. Just different meat, bread, and toppings from what I ordered.

I used to love going to this location but tonight was an awful experience. We showed up around 7:30 they were out of 3 different breads and a couple meats, the veggy options were FROZEN green peppers, onions, pickles, cucumbers and spinach. I ordered the flat bread because my usual option was gone. They must have changed their bread because it was as thin as or tortilla and for some reason they either decided to roll my Sandwich as a wrap instead of folding it in half. Then they were out of bags for the cookie so wrapped it in a sandwich wrapper which caused it to break in two different areas. Just overall a terrible disappointing experience.

I’m leaving this review because of Ernesto. I have stopped leaving reviews for fast chain restaurants because the expectation over the last few years has gone way down. I will however shout out Ernesto. He really puts thought and care into building sandwiches. They are delicious when he makes them and he layers to perfection. When he’s not there I can’t order because it’s a disaster. Sandwiches made wrong, super attitude from the staff, no washing hands or changing gloves for veggie sandwiches. Ernesto is always friendly and efficient even when busy. So thank you Ernesto. Reminds me of Subway when I was a teenager in the 90’s!!

Unable to get my online order that was placed on a Monday during lunch (12:41pm) with a pick up at 1:00. This location was overwhelmed with the nearby high school orders and since I was on limited time, I asked to cancel my order on site but was told they could not do that and to call the number given. (800) 888-4848. Upon calling 5 times only to be hung up on, I realize that I will never be refunded my $23.66 that I paid for my lunch. Not Cool!

Paid extra for bacon and got none, for got the pickles too. I've called 3x in a row and they keep hanging up on me. No one will answer the phone. Antaria is rude and has poor customer service.

One person working during lunch hour. By trying to save on labor costs you're losing business. I'm not going to wait a half hour for a sandwich. I'm just going to go somewhere else, which I did.

One of the weakest wraps I’ve ever seen, and they didn’t put my two bags of chips into my to-go bag that’s supposed to be ready to go….when I pick it up…. So, I’m out that money.

Took 20 minutes to make our 2 sandwiches and there was only 1 person ahead of us. 3 people working, only 1 making sandwiches as the line got longer. Doing closing duties almost 2 hrs before the store closed. Pulls out phone in the middle of making the people behind us’ sandwiches to change the music. Was rude to the other employee in front of customers. Over all unprofessional.

By far the Best subway in Loveland. The two Staff members were friendly, fast, and clean. You can tell they take pride in their work and work very hard! I wish I got their names so I could give them a personal shout out. Promote them to manager/owner! We ordered during lunch hours (12:30ish). Go give them a try!
