One of the weakest wraps I’ve ever seen, and they didn’t put my two bags of chips into my to-go bag that’s supposed to be ready to go….when I pick it up…. So, I’m out that money.

Took 20 minutes to make our 2 sandwiches and there was only 1 person ahead of us. 3 people working, only 1 making sandwiches as the line got longer. Doing closing duties almost 2 hrs before the store closed. Pulls out phone in the middle of making the people behind us’ sandwiches to change the music. Was rude to the other employee in front of customers. Over all unprofessional.

By far the Best subway in Loveland. The two Staff members were friendly, fast, and clean. You can tell they take pride in their work and work very hard! I wish I got their names so I could give them a personal shout out. Promote them to manager/owner! We ordered during lunch hours (12:30ish). Go give them a try!

They never have any fresh ingredients. I asked for fresh lettuce and they didn't have any. They were out of most. It's like they don't expect customers after 7:00. This is not the first time either. Very unfortunate. They could also make the sandwich station a bit more clean.

Find it funny when they just completely screw up both orders and one dude is just completely bad mouthing his coworker telling everyone her personal business that he overheard. Very uncomfortable and when I asked about the orders I got just blank face stared at then snapped at. Just find it funny they let kids run this establishment and still ask for tips. 100% worth driving across town to a different one.

I really enjoyed my experience overall today. The food was perfect the staff was very pleasant and where trying to keep up with all the orders. It would be wonderful if in the world we live in today that customers would cut the employees some slack when there is a line out the door. Hayley and Ernesto where working as fast as possible and seem to have a pretty good rhythm down. I recommend meeting the team and getting some great food.

I have never had a good experience at this subway location everytime I came in It was extremely dirty they never had good looking produce my sandwich was always sloppy and the bread so hard I could hardley eat it. HOWEVER!!!!! tonight none of this was true i came in a little later then normal but witnessed 2 awesome employees (hailey the assistant manager, and ernesto) doing an amazing job cleaning the store as soon as they saw me they greeted me and immediately came to serve me they made my sandwhich look amazing and gave top notch customer service they did such a good job I left a 12 dollar tip and will definitely be back very soon thanks again you guys you rock!!!!!??? 10 outta 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
