I have tried to call this restaurant so many times and they will not answer, I need a refund for a sandwich because I ordered to the wrong store and can't get there I am so upset with the service and when I come in they are barely nice at all, and they mess up my order every time

Went in about 4:45pm August 19th and this was the best subway location I’ve been to, as soon as I walked thru the door the customer service was phenomenal all the way til I left, the sub was delicious, the workers here are doing a great job

The A/C was out however Justice kept the mood very cheerful and we had a great conversation while he was making my order
Went to the one on Denver Ave , Loveland. Clean , not crowded, freshly prepared foods. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice eat in area noted.

Matthew is the only reason I stayed in this establishment to continue my order tonight. While he was THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE and had 20 sandwiches to make between online and in store, he kept it together very well. The girl who decided to clock in with an attitude at 7:27 not so much.
