Matthew is the only reason I stayed in this establishment to continue my order tonight. While he was THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE and had 20 sandwiches to make between online and in store, he kept it together very well. The girl who decided to clock in with an attitude at 7:27 not so much.

I would like to compliment “Ashley” for making a MEAN chicken wrap. She was right making the best wrap I would ever have. She also filled those other subs up with handfuls of ingredients. She has a amazing, real personality and we loved that about her. She had the mostly extreme personality, she made all of laugh the whole time! Ashley you are the best person!

I regular this subway with my husband as we live close by I’ve NEVER experienced this bad of service & unprofessionalism as I did the other night Tuesday night by an Ashley! I can’t believe how unprofessional & rude this chick was, when first walked in there was a line of customers including a door dasher, she was on her phone yelling about some chick sleeping with her boyfriend than proceeded to leave her coworker while she smoked or whatever outside for 40 mins. After she comes back she is still on her phone, gets off the phone then yells & THROWS the door dashers food on the floor of store all because he was trying to ask for a receipt ( he didn’t speak English well). That’s when my husband said something to her cause he was so APALLED by her behavior. Which then caused a 15 min argument she was acting like she wanted to physically fight my husband calling him names & commenting on his appearance. So we try again last night! Same thing she’s unprofessional & rude we walk in & she YELLS from behind the counter at my husband then we had to wait another 30 mins for our online pick up cause she was alone moving slow & too concerned bout complaining to the other customers bout how her life sucks
. I can’t believe managers allow ppl like that to continue working there, please do something about this Ashley

Ordered 2 footlongs for pick up, asked for them both to be cut in 3rds to share with family (did not happen). Toppings were mixed up which caused a problem because the two girls in the family are crazy hateful about spicy things. Bread was good, ingredients were fresh, order was as wrong as it could have been.

Asked why I was up charged simply to change ham to turkey, employee hung up on me. Never had that happened at any other location either customer service wise or ingredient changing wise.

My family went here to eat tonight (07/28/24) and there was only one worker there named Scott.
He was kind, professional, and patient with all the customers who were waiting.
He deserves praise (and a raise!) for holding down the fort alone and being awesome while doing it!
Thank you for giving me a little more faith in the human race, Scott!

This is not a review for this location or all of the staff it is specifically for an employee named Scott he was super rude and very unaccommodating speaking to customers and the other employee very disrespectfully other than his lack of communication skills this location is usually awesome Scott you are horrible
