A lot of Subways slap together a sandwich when you pre-order and never seem to make it right, but this store goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! Even things you don't think of. The service is super friendly, and the wait time is almost non-existent! I drive 10 minutes further than my closest subway to hit this one, and it's definitely worth it!Vegetarian options: Have all veggie subs and veggie patty subs, which are surprisingly good, and I'm not even a vegetarian!Dietary restrictions: Easily separate mayo from my sons sandwich(he's allergic to eggs) and have NEVER made a mistake, which is so reassuring.Parking: Several parking spaces all around the restaurant and close to it next to other stores in the mini strip

I don't know her name, I do know she is not the manager, but could be. I go here weekly as I am in the area. She is typically by herself. Yet, she is always upbeat, has everything ready and fresh. She even knows my regular order. While she is toasting my sandwich, she will ask me what I will want on it after toasting. I tell her 4 or 5 specifics, e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, etc. Without hesitation, she removes the toasted bun and then applies what I requested. She could easily be a waiter at Bone Fish.

Although the sandwich was fine, I'm just not comfortable going in there any more. The girls working are very very young and I really don't feel like their training is very good. These employees that I have dealt with the past 4 times I've gone in are just not friendly. There is always only one employee whenever I go and they have never said " Hello, welcome" nothing . I always have to say hi first and then they just stare at me waiting for my order I guess. The lettuce was brown and gross. I also wanted a cookie but was told they just came out of the oven and had to sit. So I guess they don't sell warm cookies? It's just awkward and I'll be going to the store by my house from now on when coming to work.

Idk why minimum wage workers take their job so seriously when the corporation couldnt care less about you. Wouldnt let me use the footlong bogo offer in person they made me order online just absolutely unnecessary.

Ordered ahead at 8 was told it would be ready at 8:10 showed up at 8:15 and they had just started it even though on the app it said it was ready. Then the employees ignored me until they were done not even saying welcome in. ( it was completely dead there was no reason for the order to not be done) i didnt get my food for another 10 minutes!!!

Christine made our sandwiches like a true artist. She was positive and made it a pleasant visit. Christine was absolutely slammed with online orders when we walked in but her great attitude made it no problem at all to want to wait. She deserves a raise and another hand to help her out. RUDE staff. I wasnt going to leave a review until they yelled at my poor dasher who tried picking up my order well before closing tonight (about an hour till) and when i called to resolve they wouldnt pick up the phone. Change the hours if it's so inconvenient!

Had to wait ten minutes for the lady to finish restocking before she took are order. When she did take are order she got cranky and seemed inconvenienced. If it wasn’t for having hungry kids, we would have left.

Went in tonight and this poor girl was working all by herself. Huge line and she looked so overwhelmed. And you could tell she is a minor. This management team that allows her to work all alone is disgusting. The owner should step up and do better. Not just for helping her make sandwiches but this is not safe for any minor!!!! I left and will not be supporting a business like this and that allows this.

We came in to order and weren't greeted and ignored, she went to go do something with money and was on her phone. Which is fine but she could of at least communicated to us letting us know how long she was going to take but instead she didn't even acknowledge our present. It was really unprofessional. We waited there for like 6 to 10 mins and still nothing so we left.

Meat brown around edges when ask for new meat the servicer didn't know if they had any. Told her the meat is bad. Opp for different sandwiches. Brought back to work took one bit and almost throw up. That meat was bad to. Don't go there. Unless you want to get sick.

Breonna did a great job today of handling 3 in-store customers as well as an online order all by herself at about 10 am this morning. It seemed like she was the only one there. She was friendly and working as quick as she could. Great work!!!

Well we had the worst experience when we came in to the restaurant we had some coupons I told him we had so he made the 3 sandwiches we then went to pay and he was rude the whole time but extremely rude when you went to take the coupon he said it was expired however they weren't expired the guys name was SCOTT SO RUDE... He should not be a worker with the public that's how rude he was.

I went to subway to use a coupon 2 footlongs for $12.99. The girl couldn’t get it to work and I ended up paying $18.00. She let me keep my coupon but that doesn’t mao, I’m never going back. Customer service is horrible!

It's the freshness off the bread that is terrible! After eating my foot long veggie there are shards of bread everywhere. NOT VERY FRESH! They are doing something wrong with keeping the bread fresh.
