The spinach looked like it had been dropped on the floor, but I thought maybe it had been weathered from the line. A third of the way into my sandwich, I got a mouthful of black hair (I’m blonde). Tried to report directly to a manager or corporate, but either they weren’t there or they wanted all kinds of personal information. No. I’m not trying to get free stuff. I want folks who eat at restaurants to get clean food. I’ll also be reporting this to the health department. Don’t eat here.
The best service from this crew. Definitely my favorite subway
There were two workers today. One, a young man who seemed to be really really stoned. I ordered the nachos which he burned, then added two tiny slivers of onion and a few tiny pieces of tomato. I didn't say anything other than thank you. I felt bad for him because he seemed really stuck in his head. Not sure this is a good position for him as he seemed really anxious. A woman who was his coworker really did exceptional work in trying to help make up for it all.
Just happened to find this on my route from fort Collins to Greeley via the Loveland Loop trail. Good place to grab lunch in the middle of a 50 mile bike ride.
Drive thru order box was not working. Ordered a footlong and was given a 6 inch. Bread was dried out and falling apart. Staff were indifferent. Issues in the past with not getting correct orders.
This subway is huge! They know how to pack a sammy!
Used the takeout, the order screen wasnt working so they eventually had me pull forward. Took my order at the window, barely listening, then still put on their own choice of topings instead of what i asked for.

Put in the order online to pick up for two sandwiches.
I got home and my mom ate half her sandwich then I opened mine to find her sandwich on my bread. And her's had my sandwich on her bread. Called to get it corrected. And they did but was asked to bring in the sandwiches they messed up on to see if I was just trying to get free sandwiches....
No I would like my sandwiches to be correct. Even my corrected sandwich had sause that I didn't ask for.....

Use to be a great location but over the last year REFUSE to read notes on pickup orders and that's a huge problem.

I do not know why I keep give this Subway location so many chances. Waited in Drive thru 20 minutes before was acknowledged. Then was Overcharged. When went into the store for refund Evelyn was very rude and was not going to give me my refund. Claims it was going to take a long time to call her manager for her to give the refund. They charged me for a footlong, when I got a 6". When I got home the chicken was ICE COLD and BACON was too! This is always warmed up then put on the sub. The most upsetting part was how rude Evelyn was. The other gal gave me a refund out of her own pocket. This will be the last chance I give this location!

My husbands 12” BLT was almost all lettuce and bread. I ordered avocado for an extra $1.29 and in return got no cheese or avocado on my sandwich. I was pretty disappointed that I did not receive what I paid for.
