They didn't want to honor the "cravings box, online exclusive" from the app. I highly recommend not even trying to use the app. It was complicated to use and the staff here was no help. However, we were able to redeem the coupon for a free beefy 5-layer burrito.

Hi, I just stopped by this Taco Bell and I was taken aback by the atrocious attitude from the girl at the window, she wasn’t polite and had terrible customer service and immediately slammed the window closed in my face after handing me my items. I then called to explain the situation to someone and she was the one who answered the phone, (saying her name was something like jaz) and immediately hung up on me once she realized. I’m not sure in which world this would be acceptable but I am appalled. Totally unprofessional, and I would fire her if I could.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They regularly make mistakes, wrong food, small portions, and poor customer service. They never give me the sauce I order, even the new avocado sauce you have to pay for.
Did an online order. Ordered extra beans on 2 bean burritos. Barely got one serving on them. This is the size of the bean burrito with *extra beans. Thanks Taco Bell
