Manager (female) would not give me her name was so unprofessional and very disrespectful I ordered on the website unfortunately the wrong place so I called to see how I could get it resolved and she cursed at me and hung up the phone when I called back to speak to someone else she told me there was no one else to talk to screaming at me and would not help when all I was asking is if she could hold the order so our food wasn’t cold ! Sadly, this was a bad visit. All working, but one spoke Spanish. The young girl at the counter took mine and the customer after orders wrong. He got a refund completely and left. When I went back to get my order corrected a second time, I might add, they had to pull up my order and came to the conclusion "she took it wrong" and remade our tacos. If that wasn't enough, we didn't get a receipt to verify our order as we had ordered cinatwists and didn't receive them. We were asked to pay for them and just made felt as if we were lying with their many mistakes. This was around 6 pm. I won't be stopping at this location in the evenings going forward.

The drive thru was fairly busy for the time of night and they still got me through pretty quick. The food was good and the employees were very pleasant.Lobby closes at 10 on most nights.Vegetarian options: You can sub any meat on the menu for refried or black beans for no additional cost.

This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. They are so rude and unhelpful. They messed up my order and I had to drive back to the restaurant twice to have them fix it & they treated me like a liar and a thief for their mistakes. I tried calling them eight times and they didn’t answer once. I ended up eating a cold, mediocre dinner and I was offered nothing to make things right except insults and dirty looks. I will never be visiting the Loveland, CO location off of S Lincoln Ave again. Two thumbs down - so disappointing. Even the manager was rude. Unacceptable service - do better…smh.

The best colon cleanse restaurant in Loveland. The best part is that they have a drive-thru, so you can get home before you blow up the throne!Don't go inside! DoorDash and Uber Eats had ruined all semblance of customer service. They assume you're with them rather than an actual customer. If you're not with those two companies, use the drive thru.
