So sad how the food quality has gone down hill over time. Been a few years since I had KFC and was really looking forward to it. Food came out like it was freeze dried and brought back to life. Not the ORIGINAL RECIPE I remember. Hopefully the “local owners” read this and make corrections before another KFC closes down.

The lady taking our order was very grouchy, she didn’t even ask us the basic stuff like our drinks and if we wanted sauce. I ordered the Doritos Locos Tacos, it only came with one and the nachos I got were stale and the beef was dry. The same lady taking our order also was very rude to us the previous time, she messed up our entire order and when we asked to get the correct items we PAIED for. She got pissy and said no, she said we either take it or leave it. We definitely won’t be going back again, i hope she gets fired.

This was the only unpleasant experience I've ever had at tacobell. I ordered 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos with no cheese and two potato tacos with no cheese or Chipotle sauce. When the order came out I looked through it and the burritos had a sauce on it I was unaware of. It was a creamy jalapeño sauce. I'm a vegan and don't eat that sauce. I was very apologetic and asked the manager Liz if they could make them without the sauce. She pretty much insisted i take the burritos anyway. About 20 minutes went by and the cashier finally called me up and said my total was 4 something. I said I've never had to repay at any other taco bell. I was eating on a tight budget and couldn't pay. The gentlemen working the cash register was very polite and paid for it. Liz was a very unprofessional leader and had attitude with me. She made it seem like I was trying to get free food even after I told her I didn't want the burritos with the sauce. All in all it took about 30 minutes to get my order on a 30 minute lunch break. The cashier was very professional and handled the situation with his own money .Anytime this has ever happened at any other location my items were always remade within a few minutes, no problem.

Food was just fine, expedience was fine, but I got 3 plain tacos with 3 plain chicken strips and a drink for 20$. I find the cost egregious compared to other “fast foods”

Terrible quality. Cantina chicken was day old at best and burnt, the portions were extremely thin. The crunch wrap was stale and more tortilla than filling. I’d rather drive across town next time 👎

Long day after tournament weekend we decided to stop get some lunch and eat inside this location . We got off went inside and proceeded to the order taker . No smile no greeting. Shift lead Angela was very rude as we asked any question . She didn’t know what came in the food we asked and when i asked for my meal to be a medium with the number 7 chicken quesadilla she said our tacos don't have a size … obviously it was about the drink and she said it automatically comes with large. Words cant explain what she made us feel. Literally felt our presence was a bother to her .
If you don’t want to work at 11pm just close , don’t say you’re out of beef chicken and beans ! What’s the point of being open . I feel sorry for the owner if he has these type of employees costing them money

So many bad reviews, food is always messed up, I’m sure the tea machine doesn’t get cleaned the flavor tastes gross, I don’t get how they are allowing this. Management is bad

Went thru the drive thru today, they werent friendly and I orderd 8 piece nugget meal and they actually gave me 8 piece orginal chicken eith 2 sides and charged me 34 dollars.

I hate coming here and only do it because my kids ask me too. The place is immaculate and empty, the servers are friendly. It's just so slow. Items are frequently forgotten. If you have any special requests, do not leave or move away from the window until you check it for yourself.
This place is only able to survive because there are limited options in the area.
