Service and staff were spot on. BUT, we were very disappointed in the product - Crunchwrap and Soft shell tacos/bean burrito - flour tortillas are tasteless and rubbery. Why were they changed?! They are terrible! Why go back for bad food? Bring the original tortillas back!!
I've been a Taco Bell customer for over 35 years, and I just needed to use the restroom today... It was around 9:00 a.m. the store should have been opened according to google at 8:30 a.m. not only were they laye opening the store, but they said that the restroom is for paying customers only when I've been a paying customer for over 35 years... Anyway it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend the Taco Bell off of 65th avenue across from Walmart in Northern Loveland.

Counts your sauces and then doesnt even give them to you
The franchise owner obviously cares too much about pinching pennies than making customers happy.
They messed up my entire order and when I was trying to order they wouldn't listen.

So first of all, when I went and stood near the register to look at the menus, while I could see the team was busy working, a staff member immediately appeared to help. The dining room was clean and stylish for a fast food place (wood and metal). Our order did not take too long to be ready, it was correct and everything was tasty.

All the $60 food I ordered was cold. Just terrible.

First impression just walking up to the door...gross. I didn't even want to touch it because it looked atrocious, like it hadn't been cleaned since it opened.
Upon walking it, it seems NOTHING has been cleaned in the same amount of time.
The staff act like you don't exist, so if you don't get what you ordered, prepare to wait at the front counter FOREVER while employees look at you 100 times and just keep working. No telling another employee there's a customer waiting, no telling you they'll be with you in a minute, no communication whatsoever. They literally act like you don't exist.
The floor and tables are covered with food and grossness.
The food was blah...but it's Taco Bell so I wasn't looking for fantastic in the first place.
All in all, I am genuinely curious how in the world this place still opened.
For sure am never returning.

What ever you do don’t go to the Taco Bell that is by the Walmart in Loveland. It was so disgusting. I ordered the food on the app. When we went inside it was awful. It had flies everywhere. One table had a dead fly on it. Every single table was dirty. Every. Single. One. The floor was sticky. The soda machine was sticky. It just sputtered out foam from most of the spickets. I went to the counter to pick up the food. The counter was sticky too. The kitchen floor was covered with food and trash. I watched two guys by the drive up window popping each other with towels. When we went to the bathroom there was vomit in the bathroom hall in two places. I had to ask them to clean the tables. The girl cleaned two of them and then disappeared. She did finely come back to finish before we left using a bucket of dirty water and an old dirty rag. They finally cleaned up the hallway vomit as we were leaving. No one else was in the dining room so they could have been cleaning. Ohh…. how could I not mention the food? It was terrible. My favorite food at Taco Bell is the beef chalupa. It had no beef in it, the bread was old and one side of the bread was soggy. My grandsons bean and cheese burritos were 90% tortilla and nearly nonexistent beans and cheese. I wish I had made a video of this. The health department definitely needs to make a visit. It should be shut down. No joke. It’s that bad. Who’s to franchise owner? He/she should be ashamed and embarrassed.

They get our order wrong every single time. Always gives us less tacos then we actually got and never listens to instructions.

Its a taco bell, what else can you say about that. I was happy to come with in when a dope crew was workin tho. John, Cecilia, and Jesse need a raise now. Especially after making up for Corporates trash mistake on the app. They could have told me to kick rocks but they did what was right, respect. Give them a raise.

Literally teach your managers how to use the charge machine, how can they not know how to cancel a transaction that isn't going through? I presented them with 4 separate cards all with money on them and the manager chose to tell me that he wasn't going to do anything because 'his guy already did.' y'all, figure it out, I'm sitting at your competitor eating after the transaction went through just fine. Never stopping at this location again, the couple of times it's always been something.
I have to contact the store as well because the charge is still on my account, wish me luck because I will need it.

By far the worse Taco Bell I’ve been to. After walking in for my pick up order, it took someone 5 minutes to initially greet me (even though they saw me standing there and walked by multiple times.) I told them I was there to get a pick up order. The kid went back like he was checking but never came back to the counter to tell me anything. Then, after some more time, another person asked if I had been helped and I stated that I was there to pick up an online order that was placed 20min ago (order was 2 tacos) and the girl responded by saying they had “like 15 mobile orders that came in all at the same time” and then said to her crew “you guys already made that order”. So my food was ready and sitting there for who knows how long. After finally getting my order, everything was cold. Terrible customer service
