I’ve been here in three separate occasions… first two weren’t bad but the third time took the cake. Workers were not using gloves when preparing food. The tables inside have old food and used napkins on them and the cleanest table I was able to find was sticky. Tall skinny guys sneezed into his hands and proceeded to make a freeze and give to a customer in the drive through. I requested to just cancel my order, not worth getting a refund of $5.00.

This place is infuriating. Always extremely slow (30 minutes for nachos) and I don't know if they have ever once got in my order correct on the first try. Save yourself the headache!
Edit: 7 years later and nothing changed. Over charged, the nachos were stale with almost no toppings, no fork in the bag, the burrito that I got that I didn't even order looked like it got sat on before I opened it, and to top it all off I sat for half an hour in the drive through. You can't make this stuff up.

I don't typically write reviews, but my experience on 2/9 around 12:45 pm was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering, the dining area was noticeably dirty, which was off-putting. To make matters worse, the staff in the back were unprofessional—cursing, joking around, and even making negative comments about the drive-thru customers. I ended up waiting nearly 25 minutes for my order, which I could have overlooked if the staff had been more focused and respectful. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior left a bad impression, and I won't be returning.
