Worst service ever I spend $43 and get all the way home find out my potato laser a month old All the tacos I ordered with no lettuce have lettuce all over them worst food ever did not say cheese is not even hot never go there not that I mention the customer service sucked

Just wanted to grab a couple breakfast burritos while doing morning errands. We got the meat and potato breakfast burritos and a few fountain drinks. Ended up with a $30 price tag for 2 mountain dews, a tiny orange juice, and 3 burritos with one potato in each and maybe 2-3 pieces of the lowest quality steak I’ve ever eaten. Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs

On several occasions I've observed the employees at this location working very hard to please the middle and upper management at this store, going above and beyond in multiple ways, just to have it backfire on them! 😞 I've seen management yelling and cursing at staff on their group chat and in person over the most petty things. Demanding closing staff, for example, to complete all closing duties and have things perfect for morning staff, but expecting staff to have it all done within 30 minutes of closing time. So they either get yelled at for staying and working 2 hours after closing to meet management expectations, or yelled at for not having it all done to perfection because they clocked out when they were told to- it's absolutely ridiculous and management is no less than contradictory, condescending, and verbally abusive to the point they're losing good people because they finally got fed up with it all! FACT: Management needs re- training on many topics and in multiple areas. The negative and oppressive work environment created by management there must stop. That includes using fear tactics in an attempt to force and threaten staff into compliance, rather than using positive reinforcement and a supportive work place which instead motivates and promotes a cohesive team environment. More and more people in the community are finding out about the abusive work environment there and complaints are going to escalate until something is done about it. Other than all that, the staff still working there are amazing (mostly the closing staff) as they put up with so much for so little; they all deserve raises. The food is pretty good for what they have to work with and the atmosphere is usually kept very clean, considering. There's a small outdoor space with a shade tree if you so choose to eat outside, there's a drive-thru, and a pretty big parking lot. The only other complaint is the location: It is so awkward! It's a bit challenging to get in from either entrance, and both entrances and exits involve one-way streets so be careful if it's your first time trying to turn in, as well as when you leave 😉.

Went in for a quick snack got a soda and 2 churros. The girl at the window made a mistake told me it was 19$ I corrected her and she looked at her co workers and rolled her eyes didn’t think too much of it thought maybe she’s having a bad day so drove off and as soon as I took a drink of my soda it tasted like chemicals!! I don’t want to think that they were being dispiteful but I don’t know why my soda would taste like that but I asked my daughter to try it to see what she tasted and she said it tasted like chemicals as well we did call and let the assistant manager Shannon and even though she asked for us to go back and get another drink after that service and bad taste in my mouth I won’t be going back! Unfortunately for me because I love their churros

Just went here not to long ago today… terrible service from the lady that was there with the blue hair ish hair I don’t even know what color. But she gave such terrible attitude when I was just trying to order my food and then gave us even more attitude at the window. Def needs improvement with the customer service✌️

Wouldn't know about the food. Caleb wouldn't accept my discount card. I purchased from a discount card from a local high school kid. I've used it there before. These kids working waisted 20 minutes of my time to tell me they wouldn't accept it.
