It becomes more of a teaching experience

I'd give this store zero stars if I could.....did delivery & never received it & no idea where it ended up at.....store said once it leaves there it's not their responsibility.....employee I talked to was rude & wouldn't give a name when asked a few times.....called corporate the person I talked to said bc its a franchise all he could do is reach out to them.....waited 7days reached back to corporate got same person & he said the store said they acknowledged the situation so he could do nothing at his end.....I had to reach back out to the store itself.....I laughed & said after the experience I got when it happened no thank you.....he (corporate) said there's nothing he can do ......can't get any app support either & store is rude when it's obviously their mistake not anyone elses......never have I not gotten a resolution to a delivery issue before this......Taco Johns will not get a single penny from me again bc I was out my entire order & now my $$ for it......Store is awful.....employees are rude & corporate is of no use either......Again Zero stars if it was possible to give

Shannon provided excellent customer service in the drive-through this morning. The food was hot, seasoned to perfection and was ready promptly. She smiled and made my experience pleasant. Keep her around as long as you can!

This place is consistently understaffed. I waited over 10 minutes for one bean burrito and a taco. I don’t blame the employees, the owners are cheap and don’t staff properly

Probably one of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve ate at. It’s close to my house so over the years, I’ve given it numerous tries. They do always have new employees, but I’m assuming they pay very little Based on the quality of worker they attract.

Been eating taco John's for 20 plus years. The soft shell taco is totally changed and not the same was wet with.like a chili sauce on it...please keep the original. Love it

It is expensive, I ordered 3 six packs & a pound. it was over $50. It took over 15 min to get the meal out Jo hi, the young lady as a drive-up window was very polite. She didn't tell me how long it would take, didn't keep me informed. The people behind me in the other cars were getting pretty tasty

Do not order an online pickup from this store, you will have to wait 30 minutes as other people who ordered after you are served first. I asked about this and they claimed to never have received my order. Was told it's taco tuesday and we're busy. When in reality they are super-inefficient in the kitchen. As

One of the worst places ever! Food is greasy and they did not have the items needed for some of the food. Staff is not very friendly. I will never eat at this place again. People should look up their health inspection report.

I went to this place on 03/12/2025 at 8:30PM. The assistant manager in training was extremely rude. I tried to order a 6 pack and a pound taco, they had no lettuce, then I tried to order a boss burrito, and they had no rice or beans either. The assistant manager trainee got on the intercom and said I need to order or leave and that he has too many orders and they are too busy to deal with me. There were only 2 cars in line. The doors are locked. I told him I was trying to order and that they didn't have anything I was trying to order. I left and went somewhere else.
