On several occasions I've observed the employees at this location working very hard to please the middle and upper management at this store, going above and beyond in multiple ways, just to have it backfire on them! 😞 I've seen management yelling and cursing at staff on their group chat and in person over the most petty things. Demanding closing staff, for example, to complete all closing duties and have things perfect for morning staff, but expecting staff to have...

Shannon provided excellent customer service in the drive-through this morning. The food was hot, seasoned to perfection and was ready promptly. She smiled and made my experience pleasant. Keep her around as long as you can!

It is expensive, I ordered 3 six packs & a pound. it was over $50. It took over 15 min to get the meal out Jo hi, the young lady as a drive-up window was very polite. She didn't tell me how long it would take, didn't keep me informed. The people behind me in the other cars were getting pretty tasty
