We quit coming here due to staff and lower quality food, however, we tried it for something different and were glad we did. Food was hot and fresh, not long to wait but staff is still mediocre and not friendly. That's not a game changer for us, just don't expect overly joyous people to help you if you do visit. It was pricey though. :(. The store needs updating bad or maybe just a good cleaning and fresh paint. with that being said,I can't think of a better place locally to get a good Philly, and we're from back east. ;)

Gave this place a second try. Service and staff is garbage. They really don’t care. The store and bathroom were not clean so I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I would suggest closing down and quit putting people through what you call service and food.

Ordered ahead on line to save time. Got to store and they gave my order to a door dasher. Basically a person wanting free food took my order. I had to wait again for food to be remade. This place needs to check to make sure the right person is getting the food. Poor customer service. DO NOT order ahead or use door dash.

Ordered lunch here today. Less then impressed. Our grilled cheeses were not even remotely grilled, just soggy plain bread and barley melted cheese for $6. Same with the Ruben, soggy non grilled bread. One philly was ok, and fried mushrooms were good. But overall quality was poor. Will be a while before we attempt to eat here again.

What's the point of having a phone number if NO ONE answers the phone? I've never gotten an answer when trying to place and order not in the last couple years!? You cannot order a kids philly online there is a system error. So the only way to order is to drive there order and wait. Or call. But no one will answer the phone under no cirrcomstances will you ever be able to call and speak with a human. Never ever. You have to drive there just to talk with an employee. Btw the phone is ringing off the hook when you go in to order and not one employee will take the call? Terrible way of doing business. Answer the phone for god sake show some customer service!? Corporate office are you aware of this issue at this location?

Called in an order to what I thought was a prank. During placing of my order I was told they have no "phillys" and immediately following the next location was "mac & cheese" and they can pull something out there ***. I don't know what the issue was as I typically purchase food from there weekly and a great tipper just to pick up food but service is horrible and had me excited to pay a visit and confront the prankster. After further deliberation I did not visit store as it could've went either way, but whomever was answering phones tonight, needs to be terminated. They will lose a guaranteed weekly customer for life and management needs to aware of the ignorance of their employees.
