on June 3rd, my caregiver wanted to introduce me to her favorite restaurant, asking me to give my honest opinion. as soon as we stepped out of the car, we heard noise coming from the backdoor, where a waitress came out to verbally assault my caregiver. the waitress said that my caregiver is "banned from her shifts because she is "too nosey." my caregiver asked what the waitress meant, she replied, "you reported that thing with Brandi. Brandi and I are fine. stay out of it." my understanding is the nosiness accusation is because the waitress screamed at my caregivers friend, in the middle of the restaurant. my caregiver was there and witnessed the interaction, so she reported it to the owner. being banned for reporting inappropriate employee behavior is retaliation, which is illegal. my caregiver was taken aback, but calmly attempted to say no, that wasn't how it happened, but the waitress again repeated, "you are permanently banned from my shifts" and walked back into the backdoor. I encouraged my caregiver to try the other restaurant we had been talking about. I don't know if the waitress was drunk, or has anger management issues, but even if there was a genuine problem, it was handled completely inappropriately to yell at a customer in front of another random person. my understanding is the waitress' name is Gina? I would highly encourage the owner to properly update the waitress' training on conflict resolution, honesty, as well as discretion on when a customer is "banned from an employees shift." this confrontation seemed personal in nature as opposed to a business decision (over intoxication, belligerence, ect...) yelling at someone is generally not the way to correctly handle disagreements. the waitress also reported to the owner that she did not see me, as well as that there was another kitchen staff with her. neither are true. the only people who saw what happened, was myself, my caregiver, and some guy in his car near by. will be avoiding this restaurant in the future. UPDATE: not only is the owner (who wasn't there during the incident) accusing me and others of not being present during the altercation, lying on behalf of her staff (only Gina the waitress was there), now the waitress has stalked the person they "banned" from their restaurant, she gave my caregiver unwanted physical contact and told her to remove her review and have mine removed as well. she was then told to put up a good review instead. no ma'am. the public deserves to know

Felt so welcomed from the second we walked in, our waitress was amazing, personable and was very informative about the menu. Everything in made in house, down to the sauces, and it all all delicious and well priced. Will definitely become a regular here!

Placed a delivery order through doordash.
We got Mac and cheese with no cheese, 12 pieces of calamari for $16, an inedible BLT with no tomato (inedible because the additionally charged chipotle sauce was smothered on the bacon and lettuce sandwich), a missing Cesar salad, and a singular bite of tiramisu for $9.
I called and was told there was a new cook in the kitchen. This is not an excuse. Mac and cheese with no cheese? Literally just noodles? A 1” piece of tiramisu for $9? I’m beyond disappointed with this restaurant

We can't rate the food because we didn't get served. Staff brought our drink orders and never came back. The bar area was having a good time and our waitress got lost in there.

1st time ordering. The burger was cold, who doesn't toast the bun, no sauce on the burger, tomato was like a door wedge. My chili was just sludge or like paste. The best part of my order was the side salad. Very disappointed

This place is literally disgusting. The cleanliness the customer service and the food, me and my wife didn’t even finish our food and after complaining to the bartender, we just decided to pay the whole bill. The customer service here is horrible. I would never recommend coming here.
And if you do come here, I would highly recommend not to order the fries. They came out burnt, and the muscles are literally just covered with Prego spaghetti sauce, and covered with plain noodles when I asked for no noodles the bartender said they come with noodles after I specifically did not ask for any .

I ordered here through door dash and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the cauliflower wings for $13.49 and was greeted with 5 tiny pieces of cauliflower. For almost $14?? I was shocked. I never complain but this was crazy!

Food was subpar and a terrible value. $7.99 for about 8 small onion rings?! Bone-in wings were okay, but they come naked and you have to pay for each sauce. They also have a $4 house margarita and a $13 top shelf margarita. We ordered one of each and they tasted exactly the same even though the bartender said she put 2 limes in the top shelf margarita to tell the difference.
