We love going to the Cupcake Gypsies to try their unique cupcake flavors each week and when it came time to find a bakery to do our wedding cake we knew exactly where we wanted to go! We were able to do a tasting ahead of time to create our custom flavors and they created a beautiful buttercream masterpiece on the day of! They were also able to provide gluten free and vegan cupcakes for some of our guests. They were responsive to emails, well organized, and affordable. We highly recommend using them for your wedding or to get a delicious sweet treat!

I had the Cupcake Gypsies do a small cake and a few dozen cupcakes for my wedding on 9/24. Everything came out beautiful and tasted great, and was reasonably priced. However, their communication during the planning process with me was almost nonexistent. It was really stressful! I paid my deposit way ahead of time, and when I went to pay the rest of the order early, it said my order was cancelled. It was due 9/10. I was panicking, and it turns out they were just switching to another program to accept payments. The problem with that is I had no heads up, and when I called to ask if they were still doing my wedding, it took almost 2 weeks to get a response from Amber. Even after she explained, I still wasn't sent the confirmation or final invoice until 9/18. I was starting to think I would need a last minute backup plan - not fun to be doing 6 days before my wedding. Overall, I am glad everything looked great and tasted good as well, but the lack of communication with me was very unprofessional and I was not impressed with them at all in that regard. It felt like I was out of the loop about my own wedding, and like it was an afterthought for them.

Their cake is perfect. Moist, light, flavorful. The icing is solid. Not overly sweet, but contains a great contrasting flavor to the cake. We had them at the Loveland corn festival and then went and found their brick and motar store.

The cupcakes gypsies caterered our wedding with a small cake, cupcakes and cake pops. They were super easy to work with and very nice, and best of all, their desserts were amazing!! We decided on a honey cake with almond frosting and blueberry compote filling and me and my husband both think that was probably the best cake we've ever had! (He normally hates cake so this was a huge compliment coming from him.) The cupcakes were all amazing and we got to custom pick our flavors from a huge list of possibilities which was super fun. The cake pops were also delicious and not to mention huge! Everything was displayed very beautifully. And pick up was easy :)

Too pretty to eat...not if you enjoy little pieces of cake! ?The owner was very friendly and she suggested I get a mix of today's cupcakes. I agreed.Which was my favorite? They all were delicious ? We'll start with my least first favorite first.#5 Campfire. Gluten free cookie on top. But. I liked it overall. Gluten can be terrible but this was flavorful. If you need gluten free this would be a crowd pleaser. I couldn't tell the cake was gluten free.#4 Hot Cocoa. Chocolate. Marshmallow. Cookie straw on top of a chocolate cupcake with chocolate icing. God I love chocolate.#3 Drupey Poppy. Vegan. What a surprise! Simple flavor that just melts in your mouth. Whatever isn't in there is not being missed! Icing was delicious.#2. Stranahans Velvet. Red velvet cake with creamy frosting. Just the right amount of sprinkles. I'm not a huge fan of sprinkles if they are on too heavy. This had just a light sprinkle. Velvet done right#1. Nanner Puddin. Just the best. Ate the nanner cookie first. Buttery goodness. The cupcake was just perfection. Delicious. ❤️Melted in my mouth and I could of ate 6 more. Would love the recipe. Try these. They won't disappoint.

We had guests raving about how delicious the cupcakes were, and we were very pleased with the quality of both the cupcakes and our wedding cake. We had the chance to visit their Loveland location before our wedding and had the opportunity to try several different flavors, and knew immediately they would do an excellent job catering our wedding. They were also perfect with working with us to create our ideal wedding cake and we were incredibly happy with the result. We would recommend them to anyone in the Colorado area in need of wedding desserts!

We recently had a wedding June 16th, and I cannot possibly recommend cupcake gypsies enough for your event!The cupcakes are absolutely delicious - we had a handful, but a true standout was a chocolate cake, with chocolate ganache filling and a salted caramel topping. I personally recommend that combo but you won't go awry!Also, the process was very easy. Emails were fast to respond, payments were clear and easy to make, and adjusting details or adding other features (like some last second cupcake stands we forgot!) was entirely painless.Not only are you supporting local, but you're getting one of the best deals around. Give them a shot!
