Our server our service was great. The ambiance and atmosphere was outstanding. My only complaint is that I ordered my filet well done and it was delivered medium well and still pink. I managed to eat it at the insistence of my companion but it was difficult for me to do. The mashed potatoes were great and an excellent choice.
Very nice dinner at the Chop House. The service was amazing and the food was perfect. I think they served the best martini I've had in years.
Good service. We had a filet and it was very, very tender. We split crab cakes and a Caesar salad that was fresh and chilled. Service was also good.
I have been in the hospitality industry for 51 years, rarely do I get wowed, here I got wowed!!!! Smiling greeting at the door, comfortable seating, very clean overall, great timing on service, extremely knowledgeable on each dish, each dish exceeded expectations. Great service and value. I have paid way more for way less, especially lately. I will be back most definitely. Great job it was obviously a total team effort very well executed.
One of our favorite places to eat while in Loveland . The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is so fun .
We had a gal that was training, she did an excellent job and very friendly, she told us her name but I am the worse at remembering names, sorry
Unimpressed and highly disappointed. Ribeye and mashed potatoes were bland, nothing special. French fries tasted like the frozen ore-ida fries you make at home. Plus seated in the back overflow orange room past the restrooms - Horrible. Save your money and go to a Texas Roadhouse where you’ll receive great bread, steaks and yummy baked potatoes for a fraction of the cost.

Crabcake appetizer was very good, as was the creme brulee dessert. Entrees (filet and ahi) were average. Service and ambiance were terrific.
Outstanding experience! Our server was very attentive, he made great recommendations on the food, and the steaks were delicious. The only thing to note is that the restaurant was very loud, the music was being played loudly and we had to really, um, vocalize to hear each other at our table. Good fun though, will return.

We've eaten here before and as usual te food was wonderful and Heather, our watiress, was simply wonderful as she has allways been.
17 year Anniversary with my wife Victoria and we went here for dinner. Conner was our server. He was amazing. Had a great sense of humor. When asked for the Vegan menu he looked briefly stunned then slyly said they were working on it but did make a great salad. We had onion straws to start that simply amazing. Victoria had the filet and I had the ribeye. Both of us had the risotto and each bite was melt in your mouth. The staff gave us a wonderful card and a creme brûlée for dessert. When we asked for the manager at first Conner believed us to be joking until we asked again. We could not say enough wonderful things about absolutely everything. My only regret is that we can only give 5 stars. Thank you Conner, management and staff for making our anniversary one to remember
