At these prices I expect near perfection from the kitchen. I didn't get it. My $49.95 8 oz. filet was over cooked the first time (medium rare ordered, medium approaching well done was delivered) and it took 15 minutes to deliver its replacement. In the mean time my date was finished eating her salmon and my asparagus ($4.95 extra) and bearnaise sauce (another $4.95 extra and flavorless) grew cold. The replacement filet was perfectly cooked and a very good cut of meat, but I expect a high-end restaurant that specializes in steaks to get this right the first time. The delay really impacted my experience. On the plus side our server was quite good and on point and drinks and apps were first rate. And BTW, the prices listed on the web site are incorrect by about 10% so whoever is in charge of that might want to update..

Upon arriving at the Chop House we were escorted to a room down a hallway in the back of the restaurant. The “room” didn't have any of the charm that the main seating area has, our table for 4 was too small and the chairs were VERY uncomfortable. I was entertaining some special business clients and was totally embarrassed to be seated in such an uncomfortable setting. The hostess said the room is used for overflow seating when the restaurant is busy. While the food and service was excellent the ambiance was horrible. Come on Chop House, up your game and make the “overflow room” more accommodating for your guests!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing!!!! My husband and I went for a date night and we were BLOWN AWAY at the food. We have traveled all over the world and have had some pretty incredible food but this little place out did some of the top places we've ever eaten at. We had the best truffle fries and crème brûlée we've ever had! We will for sure be going back. You won't regret this place!

Food was just ok, nothing great. Service was very slow. I would not go back here due to lack lustre food, plain/no seasoning and the cost wasn't worth it. Server was slow and by herself- could be why everything took so long.

I have been here many times and it has become a family favorite. Our server Paige was fantastic! Just the right amount of table touches and very personable. She also timed our ticket perfectly so that our entrees came out just a little while after finishing our salads. This is an important detail for me. Nothing is more annoying than having your entree arrive halfway through your salad or appetizer! We will be back again and again.

Wonderful location for a delicious birthday dinner. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was comfortable. I'm still getting used to sticker shock at just about any restaurant I visit.

Loveland Chophouse always provides a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. It's our favorite place. Audrey and Heather were friendly, responsive, and professional. We enjoy the 4:30 opening on Friday-Sunday too.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable dinner we were sad in the Roosevelt room, which I would recommend anyone. The service was excellent. The food was superb and overall, we will be back there soon.

Great food, amazing staff. The literal best. Our server was amazing—- However I don't remember her name! So thank you to everyone involved in making our anniversary special, the woman up front who bussed our table, the server who dealt with us and our tomfoolery, the bartenders who made some delicious drinks and the chefs—- ESPECIALLY THE CHEFS. We will be back. And we will be silly.

Steaks had outstanding flavor and were tender but slightly inconsistent in cook times. The entire table ordered medium rare filets but only one came out medium rare; the others came out medium and medium well. We all had mashed potatoes and they were really good but we all wished they had a better variety of side dishes (e.g. suggestions for them to add: baked potato, au gratin potatoes, asparagus salad, smashed brussel sprouts, etc...). Our server, Rachel, was amazing. We were celebrating a birthday and she made it special with a free desert with candle and signed card from the staff (a very nice touch). Cost for the entire meal was high but we knew that going in so it wasn't unexpected. Bottles of wine were a fair restaurant price so that was great to see. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent food. We will absolutely will be back but will hope for the minor improvements suggested above.
