The wife and I had passed this place a couple of times driving from Longmont.
We decided to stop and check it out, and wow! We weren’t disappointed!
I had the Gyro Burger, and my wife had the Gyro Salad.
The burger was amazing! The gyro meat added an amazing taste combination and the fries were perfect.
My wife’s salad was perfect, the veggies were fresh and flavorful, and the gyro meat, has to be the best I’ve ever had!
5 Star Rating well earned.
Lastly, the 2 young ladies working that day, 01 Feb 12:12 PM, were courteous, professional, and very pleasant!!
They both get 5 Stars!!

Regards,
James & Nancy from Longmont

Loved it, great quick place! Great gluten free options. I have celiac and have to be careful with cross contamination—the guy wiped down the surfaces and was kind about it!

We never got to order as I entered with my service dog and was told to leave. When I told the 2 workers he was a service dog and all I wanted to was order and eat outside, I was told to leave Bean outside.
I left, went to Dark Heart coffee around the corner, where we were both welcome and had a wonderful breakfast.

wow that's one expensive gyro, with stringy beef, not even filling, staff was rude, the one guy upset bc I didn't initially understand "wrap" meant "to go". bright lights, big trashcan right next to our table, it all sucked tbh

I can’t say enough good things about The Meat Revolution! The food was absolutely fabulous—every bite was bursting with flavor, and it’s clear they put a lot of heart into what they do. What truly made my day, though, were Marla and Jasmine. These two are beyond awesome! Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine passion for their work made the experience unforgettable.

I can’t thank them enough for their incredible hospitality and great conversation. I’ll be telling all my friends about this amazing place. If you’re looking for phenomenal food and outstanding people, this is the spot! Thank you, Marla and Jasmine—you’ve got a customer for life! Closest thing to a doner since Germany.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is easily accessible from the sidewalk and enough room to get around.

Hole in the wall place I've over looked for a while. But very impressive. The food was awesome. I had the beef and it was very good but the gyro was the best. My wife and I were very impressed by the service of the young lady who served us. We also really enjoyed supporting our local businesses. We'll definitely be returning.

Delicious food. The gyro meat is cut fresh off the spit and then lightly grilled on the flat top. Great flavor and tender. Delicious and unique homemade sauces.

Absolutely stellar experience! The lamb and beef gyro is beyond incredible—every bite is packed with flavor! And trust me, you must try it with the tzatziki and DONER sauce; they take it to a whole new level. We’re already planning our next visit!

I wanted to love my food, but I didn't. I ordered the beef rice bowl with grilled veggies and tzatziki sauce. It was very expensive!! Almost $19 without the tip, just the bowl, no beverage.
I want to say I spent most of my meal pulling out unchewable pieces of beef. It was overcooked and full of connective tissue and fat. The bowl, overall, had absolutely no flavor. I was expecting flavor from a dish like this, but there just wasn't any. I am very sad and will not be returning. Broke my heart and hurt my wallet, considering 😭
