During my visit to Wendy's on Taft and Eisenhower, I obtained food and inadvertently observed a disturbing act. A male customer was inappropriately touching himself.

Emily greeted me and took my order. She was, by far,the friendliest and most professional behaving food industry personnel I have met in a VERY long time. She deserves kudos! Also, my meal was prepared exactly as ordered and was still hot when I got home.

This is by far the cleanest, friendliest Wendy's I've been to. Jordyn was a delight. She took our order, kept things on a warming tray so everything came out together. Went through the whole dining room halfway through our meal checking on everyone. These was rare! But this is what service used to be. Thank you for your courteous and friendly service. I'm glad we stopped in.
