As a food service worker, i am enamored by how poorly they handle customer service in this restaurant. I don’t expect much from a wendy’s, but they still manage to underdeliver. Waited at the register for about five minutes and nobody came to take my order.

Stopped here while visiting a relative of mine and her fiancé in the area late last month. This place has great food and a nice ambience for a casual dining atmosphere, and the service is outstanding while a little short-handed. As of my recent visits, this is one of about ≤ 1/3 of the parent company’s locations left over that have escaped renovation over time while in the process of modernizing the appearances of their stores, and the interior looks like they haven’t renovated it in about 15-16 years. The building itself is roughly about 43 or so years old and the rear end has the kind of siding that’s likely the original siding before renovations took place within its first 10 or so years of operation and what’s left over from before remodel at the time then. However, I am positive the franchise owner is considering replacing the existing facility with a new one, but rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise to reduce traffic issues that is being dealt with as of right now, and has a parking lot configuration most fast food places don’t utilize anymore in order to meet today’s standards in improving traffic flow.

The store may be dated with what these stores were like back when I was a 90s kid; but as of August 2024, it still doesn't have the pub or lounge seats like newer ones do, and the building appears to be roughly around 43 or so years old: the rear of the building has what looks like one of the design prototypes from the early 80s then that's leftover from before being renovated over the years. The inside looks like it was renovated about 2008/2009. This one sits in a very busy part of Loveland with so much cross-traffic that makes it more difficult to get in and out than it was then. Maybe it's time to level it and build a new one, but reoriented about 90 degrees counter-clockwise to reduce the flow of traffic or just consider a new one about a few miles away from its current location.
Overall a great Wendy's other than being an issue with busy traffic.
Soda machine is out of most options no ice and room temperature soda. All our food seemed fairly stale. nothing was fresh nothing was good

Ordered and asked for a large biggie bag with the bacon double stack and a large blueberry pomegranate lemonade, got charged for a large and was given all small items ? then it took 3 calls to actually talk to someone without being hung up on.

Went through drive through and was told to pull up cause they were waiting on the meat. The car in front of me was also waiting on meat. 20 minutes after ordering and 5 cars served later I went in as emp was coming out with my bag and no drink.
