Most Wendy's do a good job. The one thing Wendy's needs to really work on is their app. It needs serious improvement. Most fast food apps work much better than this one

Got a spicy Asiago ranch club meal and chicken was raw. Didn’t realize and got food poisoning. Called the store and they offered a refund. Manager said they had gotten a new distributor but I think they were rushing and undercooked it.
