I’m so sick of coming to THIS Wendy’s and they either don’t ever have chilli or my food is ALWAYS cold. I live 4 minutes away, my food should not be as cold as it is from Wendy’s to my house. It’s specifically the night shifts. Very disappointing

We went through the drive-thru so the atmosphere was not really evaluated. The spicy nuggets were moist and delicious. The fries crispy with soft hot middle. 🔥 The unsweet tea was not bitter. Overall a wonderful experience. The staff was happy and prompt.

Line wrapping around the building so I made the mistake of coming inside. Five people working drive-through one person working front in the store. He helps the people picking up for to go, then taking others orders and then finally gets my order. If you come into the store, you should be able to get service.

The workers are kind and awesome, usually. The problem I have is everything is soaked in grease here. It’s like they don’t shake the grease out of anything, your fries your nuggets, even if you buy a burger it’s covered in grease. Bummer because the food is good otherwise.
The teenagers who come in mess up the nice atmosphere but not much you guys can do about that I get it
Please just start shaking the grease out and not covering burgers in it please

This Wendy’s has always been my go-to and I’ve never had a bad experience here—until today. My partner and I went inside to order around 1:00–1:30 p.m., and we both left feeling confused and a bit uncomfortable.
The woman at the counter started off friendly and the interaction seemed normal at first. But partway through, I began to feel rushed. She started ringing up our order before we were even finished. I asked to add a Frosty since my partner wasn’t done ordering yet, and after we both added them, she immediately started to ring us out again. We still had one more item—just nuggets—and when I mentioned it, she said, “Oh my gosh, is that truly it, guys?” in a way that felt irritated and dismissive.
When I told her I had the app to scan, she seemed visibly frustrated, went around the corner to “cancel” the payment without saying anything, and then started explaining that we should mention the app before being cashed out. By that point, both my partner and I were pretty confused and honestly just left feeling unwelcome.
It wasn’t about the food—it was about how we were treated. I felt unheard, judged, and rushed over something as simple as placing an order. I really hope there’s some customer service training put in place, because this experience felt very unlike the usual service I get here.

Ordered the Cobb salad. It's not exaggeration to say it was inedible. The chicken was gelatinous, the egg was mushy and the tomatoes soggy. The fact you take people's money for this might be more disgusting than the food.

food and dining was fine. Had a problem with being charged for something I didn't purchase and handed a water cup from an asociate with filthy hands and fingers that handled the inside of my cup... threw it away and chose not to use the filthy finger cup...

How hard is it to put every item I paid for in the bag? Once again I'm missing a burger and a 4 piece and unwilling to drive back across town to get my money back. If I put in as little effort into my job as you people do I'd be unemployed. Last damn time I waste money with you people.
The Wendy’s on eagle drive is like a second family to me!! Absolute legends there behind that counter!!! They have literally never in all the 10 or so years I’ve been eating there gotten my order wrong, nor have they given me anything but exceptional quality!! I love this Wendy’s!!!

After watching them but my burgers under the French fries light. I asked for a refund. The little rude girl tells me she can't. And gives attitude. The whole staff except one nice boy was rude. So when I finally got my food they started talking crap. I turned around and asked if the cowards will willing to say it to my face of course not. Wendy's this is far from over.
