They have are now taking your order at drive-thru what's an AI system I refuse to order through a machine and robot. There are people that work there. I will not be back.

When the girl taken the order on 2 Dave's burgers and is so confused that they you and for the most part totally mess it up and then you are pulling up the the window to pay and the guy leans out of it and spits Not impressed at all. Horrible experience and Wendy's is usually the best but not tonight! Gross

Thanks to the amazing crew at the I25 & Highway 7 Wendys. We stopped for a snack on our way north tonight (110825) after celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday in Denver. I asked if they could throw a birthday candle in her burger because I am romantic like that. The young woman at the window told me she didn’t have any but proceeded to gather the rest of the crew around and all sang her happy birthday. It was awesome! Thanks folks.

Food was alright but the customer service was horrible. The heavier set woman with blonde hair at the window was so rude to my mom treating her like she was stupid. If I see that she’s working I would just turn around and not come in.

My experience at this location was stellar, the staff was friendly and the food was good. I've had some poor experiences at other Wendy's locations and it's been a while since I've been back. Today I'm glad I came in, whoever is taking care of this one brought me back to Wendy's so thank you. Specifically, Miguel was great, he made sure my order was correct and was friendly and attentive.
