This place used to be really great to sit down with my laptop, talk to people, and have a drink. I used to be friends with the people at Wicked. I admit to really stupid mistakes I made at Wicked Tequila Room, but they contributed to the mess. Wicked is not the same lately. What I’ve seen is more and more crazy people showing up and this place getting stricter. Drinks are great, but that’s only if they don’t put something harmful in my drink where one drink gets me sick. Saw a review where someone said they saw a worker or more purposely poring bleach in someone’s drink for example. I had a drink that got me really sick. That explains why. Few others complained about similar incidents. Others warn about tipping scams.
I have not been here since February 1st. I’ve seen guys order additional drinks for a girl to go over the drinking limit one night so that they can screw up her thinking and head. I also seen a couple of girls sneak there way into a bathroom despite two not being allowed. Their security is strict but can’t keep an eye on that. Crazies hang out here and the dance floor is too small. The dance floor ain’t even that big. People form lines to use the bathrooms and huge crowds where you can barely move around. Heard a complaint that there is not enough bathrooms in the bar. The place already feels like a bathroom bar! (( Just replace all the seats with toilet bowls. Considering how slowly down hill wicked is going, minus well!
If I was bothering people or doing something wrong, I was not told about it til they asked me to leave to have a “temporary break”. I was not always confronted in everything I was doing wrong. Friends tell someone when they have committed an error. I should have been told a lot sooner. Friends are honest people. At least I had to go through a bad financial time when unemployed. I didn’t even have a great summer to go on vacation. They went to Mexico!! It wouldn’t surprise me if they talk shit about me behind my back. I have seen some strange stuff in the people who work here. It sucks that I no longer have friends at Wicked nor at Cactus. With what I hear and see from other people is the exact same shit. I cannot trust what they say or do anymore at Wicked. I cannot relax and trust what is in my drink.
Any day, this place could be permently closed. I’m worried a crazy person will pull out a gun and kill somebody for saying the wrong thing. Given to the problems building up, Wicked is the right place to ensure this happens. I now have to warn my friends not to come to Wicked Tequila Room!! This sucks for me to write this!!

drinks are good. Vibes are fine. Service a little slow when busy. My friend and I had to use the restroom while the place was busy. The security guy took his job WAY too seriously and put his hands on my friend for us using the same restroom and scolded us. It was incredibly off putting and uncomfortable and I think we will find somewhere else to get drinks :( it wasn’t that serious and yet it became a big deal for no reason. Sad to lose a good spot

Had the worse experience here out of any bar I’ve been to i was literally here having a great time with family and was told I had to leave cause a bouncer made up 3 different reason and once I asked the owner about it he said some bullshit excuse this place is ran very very shady no real reason for treating paying customers like shit I did absolutely nothing wrong to be treated like shit I was be making a tik tok post about this place aswell exposing the horrible trust security they hire

We came here for a drag bruch it said to get there at 10 am we got there and the door was locked. No big deal but the cleaning lady was at the door literally yelled at the top of her lungs its 10 am we are closed! Read the sign!! So thats why im leaving this review. Yall suck. 👌

I do enjoy Wicked Tequila Room’s margs and rotating seasonal specials—I had my first legal drink here! However, I’ve had a few issues with them in the past. Last October, a creepy older man tried to approach my friend 7-8 times. Us and the women around us had to scream at him to go away because he wouldn’t listen when we initially tried to be polite. When we approached security about it, they kept saying they would handle it but proceeded to do nothing. Additionally, I tried to get a drink here with friends a couple days ago. We were told that we missed last call and they were no longer serving drinks. It was 8:40 and they closed at 11. I totally understand that staff wants to go home on time, but 2 1/2 hours before close seems excessive. I really like their drinks, but there definitely needs to be change in some areas of service and safety.

I used to love this bar I'd go all the time and I know a lot of the bartenders that's been working there for years. Last weekend I went with a buddy and we first got there I see a bartender that I know and I went around to meet her to give her a hug because it's been awhile since iv seen her and immediately I get grabbed and yanked by this bouncer like I did somthing wrong as soon as they seen I knew the bartender and was just saying hi I was let go and I got an attitude with him and he grabs me again and say (oh ur disrespect me ???) Oh dude I think u dont need to not be a bouncer at all if u can't take a Lil attitude from a customer u just grabbed for no reason at all ...i guess I hurt his feelings 😔...but Noone should ever be touched like that unless they are fighting or causing trouble... I will never tell people to go to this bar again or will I go I don't feel safe there at all anymore ...that dude was a man baby and needs a new career...

The bar is fine, this review is for the trivia on Star Wars Day, which was the worst trivia I've ever been to. The lady running the floor was nice but the MC just had no idea how to run trivia. There was no community involvement, no question reading (it was just on the screen), they allowed a huge team of 9 to compete against a bunch of teams of 2, the music was super loud so it was difficult to chat with my teammate...the list goes on. Talked to a few teams afterwards and we were all in agreement.
I can't remember the name of the trivia company so I can't leave them a review directly unfortunately, but hopefully Wicked's owner will see this and not invite them back. There are trivia providers in Loveland that would literally do SW trivia for free and do it well!
Not sure what you have to do to get in contact with someone that works at this place.

The appetizers we had and margaritas we had were good over all. However, I felt the crowd was not what you’re used to in down town Denver or another latin club. People taking half our table over and being rude about it kinda ruined my night. Only because it’s more of a courtesy thing than anything specially when speaking about grown adults. You do have to go across to the restaurant to order food but it was fast for us and I was surprise with the quality. I went for the margaritas and those were good. The dance floor is kind small of you like to dance as you have to share it with individuals that stand on the sides and those who try to dance but aren’t really dancing.. I want to go back only for the drinks and hopefully have a better experience.
